The event aims at establishing a dialogue between employers and young job seekers. Considering this year’s quarantine restrictions, NIBULON was invited to participate in the online “Mohylianskyi ProfiStart” Career Week. Olha Romadina, a head of the personnel department, was a speaker in a panel discussion.On April 19, the participants discussed prospects for youth employment in Mykolaiv region, created an employee’s ideal profile, as well as discussed working conditions during quarantine. At the moderators’ request, the companies’ representatives shared practical advice on passing a job interview successfully. Olha Romadina told students about the structure, directions and geography of the company’s activities during the job fair on April 20. The participants also mentioned the fruitful cooperation between NIBULON and the highest educational institution. The company was one of the first to hire graduates from the university and continues to cooperate with the institution. At present 40% of the total number of employees in the trading and finance departments and 10% of the company’s top management are graduates from the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University.Nowadays, a diploma of vocational and technical or higher education does not always guarantee employment by occupation, as the labour market dictates its rules.
