Zolotoniska branch in the Cherkasy Oblast is an important player on the grain market of Ukraine, occupying an important place in export and import operations and supplying the domestic market with grain. Its history begins in September 2007, when the plant was put into operation.
The opening of Zolotoniska branch was an important event for the region, as it provided the possibility of storing a significant amount of grain crops. The volume of grain storage amounted to 66 thousand tons, which was an important step for the development of the infrastructure of the grain market in the Cherkasy Oblast. The daily capacity of dryers at that time was 2.5 thousand tons, which made it possible to effectively solve the tasks of processing and grain crop storage.
During the 2009/2010 marketing year, Zolotoniska branch demonstrated impressive results, accepting 150,000 tons of grain and oil crops. This became one of the best achievements not only for the branch, but also for the entire Cherkasy Oblast, which confirmed the high level of efficiency and professionalism of the management of Zolotoniska branch against the background of the competitive grain market.
In the first quarter of 2015, the branch reached its first major achievement, having accepted one million tons of grain. Currently, the branch continues its work.

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.
Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.
З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.
Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».
Одружений, має трьох дітей.
