Another case was not long in coming. The swindlers promised a foreign company that they would deliver a batch of corn oil (163,875 kg), Nutella ferrero chocolate spread (175,828 kg) and frozen broiler chicken carcasses (193,820 kg). According to the injured party, after receiving 10 % prepayment in cash, the swindlers disappeared; and customers, of course, did not receive their products. Only after all these events the foreign company decided to contact us with a request to confirm the documents provided by the swindlers for the ordered products.It is obvious that the documents, in particular customs declarations, invoices, signatures and seals are forged. The case will be investigated by law enforcement agencies, if the injured party addresses itself to them. We emphasize once again that:- NIBULON does not work with cash; – all financial transactions are conducted exclusively in non-cash form through banking institutions;- we thoroughly check the documents of our potential contractors and provide our documents for verification. Then it is obligatory to sign an agreement/a contract.  Only in accordance with the agreement/contract, which prescribes all the rights and obligations of the parties, there is a bank transfer and/or delivery of goods; – business correspondence or negotiations are conducted only through official e-mail addresses with the domain name @nibulon.com.ua and telephone numbers which are listed on www.nibulon.com. By the way, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, such as +38 (0512) 37 23 44 and mail1@nibulon.com.ua, have remained unchanged for almost 20 years.Be careful and check accurately companies to cooperate with.
