On the 30th of June students of Tavriyskyy National University n.a. Vernadskyy confirmed – Ukrainian students are interested in work in “NIBULON”. Youth visited the company’s transshipment terminal within the frames of a complex practice. Among many enterprises of Ukraine, citizens of the Crimea were primarily interested in “NIBULON” as a company with a unique for Ukraine European approach to labor organization and production modernization. Deputy Director General on navigation safety Andriy Volik met the Crimean delegation personally. Students were impressed by the majestic granaries, area of the terminal that is decorated with flowers, a newly constructed “NIBULON’s” fleet, its modern laboratory. There were a lot of questions about the company’s history, cooperation with other countries, about branches of the company throughout Ukraine. The possibility of employment of graduates and traineeship at the facility aroused an interest of professors of the University and future professionals. After all, as they saw it for themselves, a lot of young people work in “NIBULON”, working conditions and possibility to study and self-improve at the company is much higher than at the others in our country. The guests thanked for an unforgettable experience of a unique company that they will bring with them to the Crimea.
