The third POSS-115 project tug (order 10030) The vessel has undergone sea trials. During sea trials the shipbuilders tested maneuverability and speed performance, adjusted and tested a towing winch. The specialists have already adjusted radio and navigation equipment and have confirmed the vessel’s characteristics. After final painting of decks and marking of pipelines, the tug will be put into operation.The fourth POSS-115 project tug (order 10031)The specialists are installing systems of the engine room, installing and connecting the main switchboard. At the same time, the shipbuilders are installing the gear to lift the pilot house and finish performing insulation of spaces and installing panel plating in the living accommodation.Self-propelled P-140 floating crane (order 10032)At the same time with the assembly and welding of the vessel’s hull, the specialists are testing the formed buoyancy compartments, cleaning and painting them. The shipbuilders have started installing bottom and side fitting. They continue installing pipes and welded outfitting in the formed spaces and compartments of the self-propelled floating crane.Among suppliers of basic modern equipment which will be installed on the 140-m floating vessel with grain storage capacity of 13,400 m3 are such well-known companies as SIA RIGAS DIZELIS DG (Latvia), Liebherr-MCCTEC Rostock GmbH (Germany), DMT MARINE EQUIPMENT S.A. (Romania), Rolls-Royce (Finland) and others. The holds on the vessel ensure continuous operation of cranes during mooring operations with non-self-propelled vessels, which reduces the time for loading. For maintenance of cargo holds, as well as for loading and unloading operations in ports or in the outer roads, the vessel will be equipped with two Liebherr cranes. Due to a 3,600 mm shift of cranes to the left from central line, the vessel will be capable of unloading Panamax vessels.In the near future, NIBULON plans to increase its fleet to 100 vessels. Upon launching of the longest crane vessel of “river-sea” class over the last 25 years of independence (in May), NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard will start constructing new vessels, in particular pusher tugs,  docking tugs, non-self-propelled vessels of 10,000 tons, non-self-propelled vessels of open type, an inshore boat and a tank barge.
