The purpose of the visit to the branch is visual and practical familiarization with the stages of grain acceptance, modern equipment for analysis, new production technologies and improvement of the dual education system at the Uman National University of Horticulture together with NIBULON.
During the entire excursion, the students asked numerous questions to the company’s specialists with interest, enthusiastically shared their impressions with each other. At the end, thanking for the informative visit, the guests assured that they will remember this meeting for a long time, and the coordinator of the dual form of education, Yana Yevchuk, without hiding her admiration, concluded:
“Currently, the most important steps towards the victory and prosperity of Ukraine are the close cooperation of production and education. Our educational project on the implementation of a dual form of education has been successfully implemented in NIBULON since 2021, changing Ukrainian education for the better and helping students gain practical knowledge in their specialty, which is fundamental for a successful career. The main thing is the desire to work and learn, and the partners will take care of the path of improvement and innovation.”
Oleksandr Antonenko, head of the Pereyaslavska branch, hopes that this meeting will be a powerful motivator and source of inspiration for future achievements for young and talented students.

Partnership relations between NIBULON and UNUS have been rapidly and dynamically developing over many years. It was job fairs and career days that started this collaboration back in the early 2000s and continue to this day. The successful development of the company every year motivates university students to undergo training at NIBULON branches, dual training, during which they get practical experience of working with modern laboratory equipment while still in the process of obtaining an education. However, the most revealing result of fruitful cooperation is the fact that more than 80 graduates and students of UNUS are already an integral part of the NIBULON team.
