On February 8, 2008 at the Institute of Continuing Education of National Agricultural University it was spoken about intensive technologies of industrial production of grains and receipt of high crops by the example of a particular farm. General Director of “NIBULON Ltd.” the Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy delivered lecture to chiefs and deputy chiefs of 11 central administrative boards of agricultural development. The first meeting with representatives of other regions was held on February 1, 2008 within the program of Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine for intentional learning and professional development of specialists of agricultural development boards. By the example of his own company, the only one in Ukraine, which has the single vertical-integrated structure O. Vadaturskyy told in details about grains production technologies and conditions of high crops gaining, problems of further proper handling and grain storage, and also about world grain quality demands and Ukrainian export potential. He also told about mass media significance in coverage of processes of agrarian policy complex and represented the latest issue of All-Ukrainian weekly of business information “Agroprofi” which co-founder “NIBULON Ltd” is. Most of the attendants knew well this edition already because they receive it by subscription more than 6 months. Further meeting lasted as a dialogue. The most common questions were about land rent terms and legal relationship between land renters and landholders, provision of work places in the village and terms labour remuneration, social development of the village, consequences for our agriculture with Ukraine entry to WTO. Chiefs of agricultural development boards of the regions where “NIBULON Ltd” works confirmed the heard information to those who were uninformed. In particular, that the permission for construction of the elevator in Cherkassy Region has been gained during 18 months, such is our legislation, namely the construction of the elevator “turnkey” took three months. That the company pays land rent at the rate of 2.5 – 3% of its cost; that fulfils social obligations to village communities; that the average age of the company’s employees is 29. Therefore information about “NIBULON Ltd” further extension in renting lands and the company’s desire to make investments into agrarian complex of Ukraine was greeted with cheers. The first Deputy Minister of agricultural policy of Ukraine, Yuriy Luzan, and Deputy Minister Valentina Zavalevs’ka came out with the report about contemporary situation and problems of agrarian complex development in terms of market economy and about the entry of Ukraine to WTO. The Hero of Ukraine D.O. Mel’nychuk, Head of National Agricultural University, academician of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and of Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences, and directors of departments of Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine also gave lectures.
