The implementation of the investment project of “NIBULON” will get a new stage of development in Kyiv region. The national agricultural leader plans the construction of the first facility in this region in Denyhivka village (Tetiyiv district). Construction works will be started at the end of August this year. The elevator will be the most modern technological facility in the region. Putting it into operation, proximity to the farmers will help them to reduce the cost of the logistical component and increase the profitability of domestic production. “NIBULON” will use only modern materials and technologies for the construction of elevator in Denyhivka village as well as on other facilities. Estimated cost of the facility in Denyhivka village Tetiyiv district will be over UAH 120 million. During the construction more than 50 contractors will be involved at the facility that is more than 1000 skilled workers. Bringing the elevator into force will provide local residents and builders with work, thus an investment attractiveness of not only the Kyiv region, but Ukraine in general will be increased. 60 workers will ensure successful work of the branch after putting the facility into commission. The work of the enterprise will ensure consistently high tax revenues to local and state budgets in future. Local authority wants to see a powerful investor in the region and provides clear guarantees and creates all conditions for work. Thus, on the 29th of July, 2011 within the frames of the second investment forum of the Kyiv region “Stability and growth”, that was held in Vyshgorod town (the Kyiv region), a memorandum “On partnership and cooperation” was signed between “NIBULON” and Kyiv Regional State Administration, which became a guarantee of successful cooperation of the company and regional authorities. On the 9th of August, 2011 the first, inaugural meeting headed by the Deputy Director General for construction Sergiy Byesyedin was held. It was attended by representatives of five contractors as well as representatives of “NIBULON” that are already involved in waste removal on the area and soil vertical planning, construction. General Designer is SE “Ukrainian State Research and Design Institute of civil rural development” (Kyiv). General Contractor is PE “TRANSVIT” (the Chernigiv region., Pryluky). The meeting was also attended by Chairman of Regional State Administration of Tetiyiv Mykolyuk Ivan, and head of Denyhivka village Samozvan Vitaliy. During the meeting the most important organizational issues, preparatory works on driving piles and carrying out construction works, were discussed. This works are now the key possibility to provide other contractors with work. Directors of contractor organizations familiarized themselves with the project of the future complex, estimated scope of work and deadlines, the first schedules of work were conceived. Representatives of local authorities, local residents, contractors will be invited for celebrations on the occasion of the official start of the elevator construction in Denyhivka village.
