The patriotic investment project of “NIBULON” on the revival of the Dnipro and the Southern Bug Rivers asshipping water ways of Ukraine is a real benefit for our state. This is the revival of the domestic navigation and shipbuilding industry, construction industry development, attraction of investments in the domestic economy, creation of thousands of new workplaces, enormous revenues to local budgets, reducing the load on roads, improvement of the environment… Unfortunately, the uncertainty in the domestic grain market, non-transparent distribution of quotas forced us to suspend the investment program. On condition of normalizing the situation in the grain market, we are ready to immediately resume implementation of the investment project. The implemented part of our program is significant transformation of the domestic economy. Communities of the regions that have experienced quality changes at the local level (“NIBULON’s” standard in action!) are positive about our undertakings and support in every way. On the 27th of April Deputy Head of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration on economics and finance Igor Katvalyuk and Head of Novoodeska District Administration Mykola Zabolotnyy visited the transshipment terminal in Nova Odesa. Deputy General Director of “NIBULON” on construction Sergiy Byesyedin met the guests. During an excursion they familiarized themselves with the production process, working conditions of the company’s staff, shared their impressions of what they saw. Mr. Katvalyuk noted that he pays careful attention to the situation in the domestic agricultural market, knows everything about the investment intentions of “NIBULON” (but  only monitoring is not enough). In conclusion, Igor Katvalyuk and Mykola Zabolotnyy noted that local authorities are ready to help solving any problems in order to let the investor work in good faith (moreover a lot depends on local authorities).
