Large and friendly team of “NIBULON” celebrated its 18th anniversary.   On this occasion, on December the 5th, directors of all the branches visited the transshipment terminal. Later the presentation of “NIBULON” sausages took place. Guests were pleasantly surprised by the quality of products.   There was a discovery tour of the city: the guests visited the museums and historical sights, including the Museum of Shipbuilding and Fleet and Regional Art Museum named after V. Vereshchagin.   At night a festive entertainment program for all staff was organized, there were interesting competitions, spectacular shows and inflammatory dances.   The final step was meeting of the company’s management, where results of the work for the past year were announced, plans for the next year were discussed and the corresponding aims were set to the staff.   During 2009 a number of companies’ branches reached the record corn crop, including maize – “Bystritskaya” branch (120 centners per hectare) of winter wheat –“Kupyans’ka” branch (62,3 centners per hectare), winter barley – “Prybuzhanivs’ka” branch (52,3 centners per hectare), spring barley and sunflowerseeds –  “Suhorabivs’ka” branch (41 centners per hectare and 33 centners per hectare).   Record croppage was received on the branches: “Chygyryn” – 21 thousand tons, “Kamenets’-Podil’s’kyy” – 18 thousand tons, “Lidiyivs’ka” – 17 thousand tons, “Snigurevs’kyy”- 16,5 thousand tons, “Khmil’nyk” – 15,6 thousand tons, “Chudnivs’kyy”- 15,5 thousand tons. The largest output of agricultural products is – 64,7 centners per hectare – was made at “Suhorabivs’ka” branch.   Agriculture production of husbandry in the company increased by 60% compared with the last year. This is a very good indicator.  Considering all the economic and agricultural indicators, branch leaders of the enterprise were defined: in the Southern region – “Lidiyevs’ke” branch (the 1st place, the director is Tereshchenko), “Prybuzhanivs’ka” branch (the 2nd place, the director is Tricheva), “Snigurivs’ka” branch ( the 3rd place, the director is Moroz) and “Bashtans’ka” branch (the 3rd place, the director is Rosyeyev). In the Eastern region – “Troits’ka” branch (the 1st place, the director is Ilmins’kyy) “Kupyans’ka” branch (the 2nd place, the director is Palyokha) “Novopskovs’ky” branch (the 3rd place place, the director is Gluhovs’kyy). In the forest-steppe and Polissya – “Khmil’nyk” branch (the 1st place, the director Dmytruk), “Suhorabivs’ka” branch (the 2nd place, director Ryabinin), “Yuzhnyy Bug” branch (the 3rd place, the director is Kobchenko). General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine O.O. Vadaturskyy personally presented commemorative certificates to the directors of these branches.   Chief editor of “Agroprofi” T.O.Shelkoplyas made a gift to the company which presented a symbolic oath of citizenship and T-shirts with the inscription “NIBULON. Serve the people of Ukraine”. According to her, 18 years – it is the age when the military oath and an oath of allegiance to the Motherland and its compatriots are given. “NIBULON” is exactly 18 years, that is why the team of the company takes the oath of citizenship and swears to serve the native people. “Our applause prove that we took a collective oath!” – noted general director of “NIBULON” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy.   To serve one’s homeland, there should not be any obstacles. Unfortunately, the company faces a lot of them, they impede the normal operation and development. During the meeting attention was focused on this issue and, in particular on the illegal actions of Sea Port and Ministry of Transport. It is no mere chance that we call port officials and the Ministry of Transport as “Somali pirates, – said O.O. Vadaturskyy. – Port and its head began to engage in grain business. But all the methods they use are not market. We are constantly hindered to conduct dredging works near the terminal and the first bend Buz’ko-Dnipro-Lymans’kyy channel. My appeal to the Prime Minister led to… a criminal case that was initiated against me. Then I came to the conclusion that there is an official Cabinet of Ministers, there is a shadow Cabinet of Ministers and there is a Cabinet of Ministers with so-called “solvers” which do not report to the first two. These “solvers” decide everything”.   Feeling their permissiveness, they allow themselves to interfere in our business.   That is why we call them pirates – we try to show who they really are. We have never stolen anything, have not done anything illegal. Our company is one of the five largest taxpayers in the region (5,3% of total). On the other hand, our activity has enabled marine transport “Delta Pilot” enterprise, to pay their taxes also. And this shows that “NIBULON” is the state enterprise -now!   We will win and achieve the desired result. We have won court over the illegal actions of the captain of the port and to prohibition of the ship passage «Preventer» – that’s a proof of this. We have a team spirit to fight these “Somali pirates”. Together with the team we will fight against this lawlessness. We will achieve success in promoting Ukraine in the world market.   Concerning the ratings (top lists), the company occupies the 162nd position among all companies in the Central and Eastern Europe. In the latest “TOP-100 the largest companies in Ukraine”, we took the 24th place, among the agricultural companies – it is the first place! So we are – the only private company that unlike most of post-Soviet national companies, was created without any help from the state, without any involvement of the state financial base – completely independently.   Very significant is the fact that last year our company has increased its gross output production by 60% compared with the last year, while Ukraine reduced it by 10%. If the Ukrainian enterprises received such agricultural output per hectare, as in our company, the country would receive annually at least 85 million tons of grains and oilseeds.   An example of our company demonstrates the enormous opportunities of Ukraine and the domestic business. If government led competent policy and gave an opportunity to develop business, we can only imagine what would Ukraine achieve over the past 18 years of independence?” The company is confidently looking to the future, in spite of the obstacles.   O. Vadaturskyy said that in 2010, “NIBULON” is also beginning to implement a serious program, key points of it are the following: –  2010 must be the year of the economy, the year of the efficiency of agricultural production; –  in the Northern and Central Ukraine high-quality wheat must be harvested, the 1st and the 2nd class. We need to forget about the wheat lower the 3rd class. According to the indicators the 1st and the 2nd classes have to amount 80%, 3 rd – 20%; –  complete reorientation on effective cultures, in particular the refusal of ravine barley and its replacement in the risky areas for sorghum; – increase the yield of corn – its minimum yield on the circle have to be 80 quintals; – increased attention to the production of soybeans (a limited market for barley and then the dependence on exporting-importing countries of that crops); –  failure of a fallow in the central and northern regions; –  set the grou
