On its official website, the company has repeatedly warned about swindlers, acting as NIBULON’s representatives, and has given advice on how to avoid becoming a victim.   It is pleasant that the information campaign against swindlers gives positive results, and at least one company has avoided financial losses.  Recently, a representative from Tavilzhanske PSP (Kharkiv region) has contacted NIBULON’s security department. The company planned to sell corn and found an offer with a fair price on one of the websites (https://agro-ukraine.com/ua/trade/m-1061167/kukuruzu-zakupaem-ochen-dorogo/). The announcement contained the information about a contact person, Vadym Oleksandrovych, and his cell phone: +38(097)566-25-54.According to Tavilzhanske PSP representatives, Vadym Oleksandrovych described himself as NIBULON’s representative during the phone conversation, and he then sent via email a list of documents required to sign an agreement, specifying NIBULON as the alleged product buyer. Fortunately, Tavilzhanske PSP representative decided to check the information and contacted NIBULON. Having spoken with NIBULON’s representatives, he realized that the so-called Vadym Oleksandrovych (+38(097)566-25-54) was not NIBULON’s employee or representative and did not have any rights or authority to conduct any business on behalf of NIBULON. By the way, the following website https://agro-ukraine.com/ua/trade contains several announcements from Vadym Oleksandrovych. It is not known which company he will represent next time…  Be careful and check accurately the companies you plan to work with. Always call NIBULON’s office in order not to be misled. We emphasize once again that:- NIBULON does not enter cash transactions; – all financial transactions are conducted exclusively in non-cash form through banking institutions;- we thoroughly check the documents of our potential contractors and provide our documents for verification. It is then compulsory to sign an agreement/contract.  A bank transfer and/or delivery of goods only takes place in accordance with the agreement/contract, which prescribes all the rights and obligations of the parties.- business correspondence or negotiations are conducted only through official e-mail addresses with the domain name @nibulon.com.ua and telephone numbers which are listed on www.nibulon.com.
