It was abnormally hot, 40 degrees Celsius in the shadein Pereyaslav-Khmel’nyts’kyy town on May 23. Scorching air and strong sandy wind made it impossible to work normally. Heads of all contractors,who are currently building the transshipment terminal of “Pereyaslavs`ka” branch, gathered at the site despite these natural anomalies, despite the long distances and early time. Representatives of “NIBULON”, chaired by Sergiy Besedin, Deputy General Director of “NIBULON” for construction, inspected the whole site for more than two hours, analyzing how work on each site is conducted and how each organization copes with the work. There was a meeting at the headquarter building after the inspection, all results were discussed with partners, work schedule was also analyzed and adjusted. Sergiy Besedin addressed to the directors of contractors, “Dear partners, there is a progress in installation works of granaries, galleries. Works are intensified, metal structures of silos with a capacity of 2300 thousand tons are being delivered at the site, assembling of upper galleries is started. But we must admit with regret that rates of structural works have been reduced at the same time, namely the construction of foundations, access road, retaining wall, etc. Works at these sites should be speeded up!” Thus, “Ukrbauer” company activates works on access road construction, mounting foundations for the towers of exterior lighting, construction of reservoir-accumulator of sewage disposal. “Oll engineering” activates structural works on retaining wall. In addition, the organization also starts working on site improvements, such as construction of concrete roads. “Gidrotehnologiyi” company that builds berth should have also intensified their work. But natural force majeure intervened at the site. Most of the area, where the berth will be located is unsurfaced and overgrown with reeds. This greatly complicates the work performance, requires the use of additional equipment and schedule correlations. Currently, there are metal structures of silos with a capacity 2.300 thousand tons at the site, “Integral” company starts their assembling. By June 1, granary structures with a capacity 5.500 thousand tons will be delivered. After delivery of the capacities, they will be transported on foundations for faster installation start. “TCS” enterprise completes installation of metal structures in truck tipper on June 2. By May 27, “NSU-28” completes construction in the fire tank to let other organizations immediately begin work on the site improvement. “Burvod” (Mykolayiv) has completed installation of the water tower, in the coming days their Kyiv counterparts will convey water to the tower by organizing water supply at the site. “Styl’TeploKomfort” in two weeks will complete laying of drainage water. On May 31, “Zhylstroy-NIKO” completes construction of retaining wall. Works are being continued in residential and industrial buildings. Volodymyr Kopusov, director of “Atrium-com” told, “In Pereyaslav town our forces are concentrated on administrative and laboratory building and production workshops with fire station. Contracts are signed, the work is in full swing. We specialize in providing automation of the technological process. We have completed the internal electrical installation work, namely laying draft wiring, installation of socket boxes for further accessories installation in the buildings. We know our tasks, for us this is the seventh “NIBULON’s” facility, everything is simply and easily. In our opinion, “NIBULON” today for us is the most reliable partner in the whole Ukraine. It is a pleasure to work with you (he smiles)”. Summarizing the analysis of the meeting, Sergiy Besedin said, “Earlier harvesting in Kyiv region was scheduled for July 10, but the current abnormally high temperature accelerates start of these works. Thus, we should organize ourselves and intensify works to make newly-built terminal start taking a new harvest from the first day of harvesting, but not the day later”.
