May holidays and weekend are over. But the construction of “Pereyaslavs`ka” branch in Kyiv region was not ceased. Contractors from all over Ukraine work in a few shifts, seven days a week, because date of commissioning is June 25, 2012. On May 10, there was another productive meeting at the facility, with participation of contractors and “NIBULON’s” team. Engineer of technical supervision of “NIBULON” analyzing the pace of construction, noted, “At the moment our priority is working on granaries foundations construction. Soon we expect to get metal structures and to start installation. At the same time assembling of upper galleries will be started. We will invite our partners-builders for dryers construction. Works on the berth construction became more active, sheet piling is completed. Other works are continued according to the schedule, this includes the works on the elevator tower, truck tipper, laying of internal networks etc. In general, we meet the deadline, although there are some slippages. But that`s OK, because the construction of such a facility is a very difficult thing”. Priority tasks at the construction for the near future were set and schedule was compiled together with specialists of “NIBULON” after inspecting the construction site, analyzing the rate of work at each site. “Darnyts’kyy Reinforced Concrete Plant” has completed supply of piles to the site, the works on arrangement of piled fields now are almost finished. From May 15 to 23 steel structures for granaries will be delivered to the site in full and their installation will be started. By June 1, the last silo foundation will be completed. In particular, before that “TCS -10” will provide steel structures of truck tipper for mounting. After work completion partners will go to “Kozats’ka” branch. Sergiy Besedin, Deputy General Director for сonstruction of “NIBULON” drove partners’ attention that fitters, electricians and other specialists who will be involved in the installation (storage facilities, galleries, etc.), already now have to come to the facility and be ready to start work. “Ol Engineering” company has completed works in administrative and laboratory building and starts finishing works in the weighting station. “Ukrbauer” successfully performs works on the construction of an access road, now it has completed installation of more than one third of plates. Profile sheet siding of the elevator tower is started, its circles are prepared for equipment installation, installation, cutting holes for separators and scalperators is being continued. Director of “Pereyaslavs`ka” branch, Artem Novokhat`ko says, “I want to thank our young team, partners for hard work. Together we do everything we can to bring nearer the day when the terminal will start working. Partners and builders agree with our intentions, they work professionally and fast.
