April 3, 2012 the investment program of “NIBULON” was spread in Kherson region. On that day the construction of the transshipment terminalof “Kozats’ka” branch was started under the guidance of Mykola Kostyak, the head of Kherson Regional State Administration. Since the start of construction, weekly production meetings are traditionally held on the site, involving experts of “NIBULON” and managers of contracting organizations. By the way, 11 contractors are already involved in the construction of the terminal, later their number will increase to 50 organizations, i.e. 1000 qualified builders. The next operational meeting was held on April 20, 2012, chaired by Besedin S., Deputy General Director of “NIBULON” for construction. Participants of the meeting analyzed the pace of work, inspected the construction site and drew up plans for the near future. Progress charts of contractors are the following. By April 27th: – LLC “Mykolayivtransbud-1” will prepare and transfer the site for weighting station and truck scales; – PE “Euroclas” will partially fulfill construction of grain galleries with capacity of 2.3 thousand tons (work completion – by May 10); – LLC “Olesya” will complete construction of transitional galleries and perform pile driving for the dryer; – LLC “Zhytlorembud-NIKO” will complete general construction works in the transformer substation and bathrooms; – LLC “Dniprobud” will carry out walling masonry in manufacturing workshops, which are reconstructed; – JSC “ASTARTA Mlynelevatorbud” will fulfill construction of the bottom and the first circle of a truck-tipper. By April 29th: – JSC “Donbasatomenergomontazh” will carry out foundation work. By April 30th: – LLC “Svitlolyuks-electromontazh” will perform installation work in the transforming substation; – JSC “Zhylbud-NIKO” will carry out foundation work of granaries with capacity of 5.5 thousand tons. In addition, the experts of “NIBULON” have started with building of mooring facilities (length of 315 m), including piles supply and their driving; arrangement of a gallery for shipment on water transport etc. Estimated cost of the terminal construction is UAH 160 million. Its performance specifications are as follows: grain storage capacity – 76 thousand tons, daily capacity of dryers will be 4 thousand tons, daily shipment capacity on water transport – 10 thousand tons, number of employees – 60 people.
