Works on construction of the fourth tug of POSS-115 project, “NIBULON-4″, are carried out. Works are conducted at Mykolayiv shipyard “Okean”. Unfortunately, the vessel is currently in the dry dock, though it is fully prepared for a launching and the work pace remains very slow, only contractors of “NIBULON” work on the order. The new management of the shipyard “Okean” wrecked the progress schedule, although the vessel should have been launched in January 2012. Unfortunately, the shipyard management does not see the ways out of this situation and a constructive approach to solve the problem. So the tug construction works are being continued in the dry dock. Currently availability of the order is 82%. Contractors of the customer company perform the following works: «ISD» Ltd.: experts have done insulation and covering with panels of residential housing facilities, installation of furniture and linoleum laying are being continued. The company «Alewijnse»: experts have completed cable laying at the tug, the tug is ready to receive power, installation of equipment is being continued. “Yug Antikor” Ltd.: contractor’s employees have cleaned and oiled fuel tanks, painted technical and ballast tanks, all facilities are prepared for final painting.
