On August 26, 2011 there was started a construction of the new elevator complex in “Teteriv” branch of “NIBULON” (Velyki Korovyntsi village Chudniv district of Zhytomyr region). The modern elevator complex will be located over an area of 6.5 ha. Branch staff will compile 60 employees. Grain storage capacity will be 76 thousand tons, capacity of dryers – 4 thousand tons per day. Shipment capacity on railway transport will be 5 thousand tons per day. Estimated construction cost is UAH 120 million. On October 14 the next scheduled meeting with the participation of Director General of “NIBULON” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, specialists of the company and heads of contractor organizations was held at the construction site. During the meeting the schedules and the pace of construction, works done were analyzed, plans for the near future were worked out. The scope of work is done according to the schedule, but the weather makes adjustments (rains and low temperature). So according to the results of the meeting it was decided to accelerate the pace of work to deliver the facility in the scheduled time – November 1. Meanwhile, the status of construction is the following. LLC “Fundamentspetsbud” has completed driving piled fields. JSC “Zhylstroy-NIKO” completes installation of foundations for granaries, silos metal structures installation is being continued. LLC “Gidrotehnologiyi” completes installation of the foundations of granaries and concrete cover at the construction site. Director of LLC “Gidrotehnologiyi” Hayyat Enver says: “Our company performs works on construction of concrete cover and the foundations of granaries. Works are continued on schedule, but last week there was a slight delay with the pace of work, the weather prevents. Unfortunately, nothing can be done with it. But in order not to upset the schedule and to deliver the facility in time, we work in shifts and around-the-clock. By the way, there is not much work left for us: a foundation of granary (250 cubic meters of concrete) and 1,000 square meters of concrete cover within the complex. You have our word that we will perform work on time!” LLC “Armspetsbud” and LLC “Granit” complete concrete works and installation of foundations. LLC “Dnipropetrovs’k construction and assembly company” continues assembly of metal structures of elevator tower, experts of the company soon will start assembly of load on railroad transport department. Works on the construction of truck trippers are being continued. Metal structures coating will be completed by October 25 (LLC “TCS”). LLC “Integral” continues installation of equipment in the elevator tower. Term of realization is October 30. Enterprise “SMU-25” completes assembly of pumping substation and firefighting tank. October 15 LLC “Drongo” will complete internal works in administrative and laboratory building, by October 24 it will complete works in workshops and fire station, by October 20- in weighting station. SE “Stylteplokomfort” will lay sewers, install sewage pump stations, heating networks by mid-October. On October 25 it is scheduled to complete installation of all granaries and dryers. The dryers, in particular, will be installed by LLC “SpetsMontazhInzhyniryng.” Currently there are 50 contractors on the site, 17 have already completed their works and left the facility. Our partners have already received UAH 61.2 million for the work done. So the construction of the elevator continues according to the fixed schedules, the completion of the construction will take place on November 1.
