On the 5th of September 2011 there was started a construction of the new elevator complex in “Denyhivs’ka” branch of “NIBULON” (Denykhivka village, Tetiyiv district, Kyiv region). On the 22nd of September 2011, the next production meeting with representatives of “NIBULON” and managers of contracting organizations was held at the construction site. During the meeting the site was observed, the pace of works done on all sites was analyzed and schedules for next week were set. Director general of PE “Transvit” Sergiy Selyutin says, “100 of our employees, 15 units of equipment work at this facility. Today the construction of “NIBULON” is one of the few possibilities for the survival of the domestic construction industry, which is now in a deep crisis. Construction of elevator in Kyiv region for us, builders, is long-expected. We even have to involve shift workers, because of huge amounts of work, but payment is decent. We are pleased that we have work and express our gratitude to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, regional and local authorities of Kyiv region.” Currently, 18 contractors from 8 regions of Ukraine are involved in the construction of the elevator. In general more than 50 contractors, i.e. more than 1000 skilled workers are involved at “international” construction site. As to the schedules of the main works of contractors, they are the following: – JSC “Brovars’kyy precast plant” (Brovary) and PE “ARD-Mayster Plus” (Cherkasy), completed delivery of piles, and PE “Fundamentbud” (Kyiv) – arrangement of piled fields; – Public utility “Kirovogradrembudmontazh” (Kirovograd) supplied support of exterior lighting, by the 10th of October they will manufacture and assemble garden houses; – LLC “Poltavaspetsmontazh” (Poltava) – by the 30th of September, foundations and galleries of truck-tippers will be built; – PE “Transsvit” (Pryluky) have done vertical planning at the site and set foundation of working tower, by the 10th of October evaporation tank will be built, by the 15th of October – foundations of three granaries will be set; – LLC “Vyrobnycha firma “Vzayemodiya” (Kremenchuk) and LLC “PDSC-10” (Mykolayiv) –foundation pilings and fans foundations for granaries with forced blowing are to be built by the 5th of October; – PE “ZhelDorServis” – works on construction of the foundations of load line on railroad transport and construction of own drive up railroad line are being continued; – PE “Rayagrobud” (Globyne town) has completed general construction works in transformer substation; – LLC “Tehbudmehanika-Promdemontazh” (Kyiv) – works on dismantling the concrete cover are being continued; – PE “Crystal 2007” (Poltava) – the construction of safety fence within the area as well as general construction works at the workshops will be completed– by the 30th of September; – LLC “Teren” (Kyiv) – works on installation of temporary power supply are completed; – PE “Firma Rembudlyuks” (Kremenchuk) – general construction works in the administrative and laboratory building are to be completed by the 8th of October; – LLC “Firma Bulat” (Ivano-Frankivs’k) – construction of foundations for truck scales will be completed by the 30th of September; – JSC “Tetiyivs’kyy PMK №330” (Tetiyiv village) – temporary water supply is provided, the reconstruction of the building for own mini-hotel is being continued; – PE “Vysotnyk” (Mykolayiv) – structural steel erection of headhouse will be completed by the 20th of October; – PE “Burvod” (Mykolayiv) – borehole for water supply will be equipped by the 15th of October. Contractors are already paid for completed work almost UAH 23 million. The overall estimate of elevator construction is UAH 120 million. Putting into operation of the elevator complex will mean infrastructure development, additional all levels budgets receipts, new work places, worthy salaries. An investment attractiveness of both the region and Ukraine in general will be increased.
