On September 5, 2011 there was started a construction of the new elevator complex in “Denyhivs’ka” branch of “NIBULON” (Denyhivka village, Tetiyiv district, Kyiv region). “NIBULON” constructs according to its own standard – fast and qualitatively, in a few months. The construction in Denyhivka has become a  catalyst of development of the population centre, breathes life into the village. A newly built elevator will have time to intake this year`s grain harvest, since its commissioning will take place on November 1. October 13, 2011 “NIBULON’s” team led by Director General Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and with the participation of heads of contractor organizations had the next production meeting. During the meeting the schedules and the pace of work were analyzed, the construction site was observed, there was a conversation between representatives of the contractors. Over a thousand of people out of 50 contractor organizations from all over Ukraine are involved in the construction. High-tech complex of European level is designed for simultaneous storage of 76.8 thousand tons of grain and oilseeds. The elevator will be able to intake 5 thousand tons of agricultural products per day and at the time to ship the same quantity. There are all the things needed: for all the works there are contractors, contracts are signed. Contractors are imbued with the company’s request, its philosophy of doing business – to build quickly, efficiently and beautifully, that is why they perform works on time. The overall estimate of elevator construction is UAH 120 million. Contractors are already paid for completed work UAH 45.1 million. In particular, the status of elevator construction is currently the following. PE “Fundamentbud” has completed arrangement of piled fields. PE “Transsvit” continues the works on setting foundations of granaries, the concrete surface at the construction site and concrete roads. All works will be completed by October 30. LLC “Poltavaspetsmontazh” constructs the transition gallery, performs concrete works of truck-tipper. By October 30, the company will complete installation of the facility, and a week earlier it will complete the construction of transport equipment. On October 31 dryer will be installed. PE “Vysotnyk” will complete installation of metal structures of working tower by October 21, installation of metal structures of transition gallery – by October 25. LLC “PDSC-10” will perform installation of technological equipment by October 26, at the same time specialists of the company perform installation of two silage tanks (in parallel with LLC “Vzayemodiya”). PE “Rayagrobud” continues works on construction of operator weighting station, works will be completed by October 23. PE “Bulat” will provide state checking of truck scales by October 22. PE “ZhelDorServis” will deliver railroad scales to state commission by 20 October. PE “Crystal” continues internal works in workshops, works in fire department will last till October 27. PE “Rembudlyuks” perform structural works in the administrative and laboratory building. Completion date is October 20. Open shed with sampler devices will be installed by October 25. JSC “Tetiyivs’kyy PMK -300” will complete installation of fire tank and pump station by October 19. PE “Burvod” will complete installation of equipment in the transformer substation and installation of external electric network by October 22. JSC “Kyivoblgas” will perform installation of gas networks by October 20. Director of “Atrium-Com” Kopusov Volodymyr says, “Our company specializes in providing of automation of the whole technological process at the elevator complex. For us, this is the sixth “NIBULON’s” facility, that is why we are used to accelerated temp of work. This is much easier – the sooner we perform work, the sooner we get money, then we make a small break (he smiles) and move to the next facility. At the same time with the construction of elevator in Denyhivka we work on different construction sites, but this complex of “NIBULON” is our biggest and key order for today. We hope that the weather will not let us down and wreck a work schedule”. Putting the elevator into operation will take place on November 1. On November 1 during two weeks start-up operations and at the same time acceptance of agricultural products will be conducted. It is very symbolic that our company will participate in the harvesting in Kyiv region this year Putting the elevator into operation means infrastructure development, inflows to the budgets of all levels, and new work places and worthy salaries.
