The first page of “Romodan” branch history was turned over on May 22, 2009 according to the statute of the branch foundation. October 30, 2009 became NIBULON’s day in Poltava region. That solemn day there were put into operation two new braches of the company including “Romodan” branch, a complex for taking, storage and shipment of grain and oil cops. The branch did not become a new initiative in Poltava region but extended NIBULON’s presence in the region considerably. In a few months an old village was renewed. “Poltava city required reliable and stable investors. Thus, new undertakings of the company, extension of its presence were supported by the local authorities and inhabitants. They realized that the company did not only construct but also took care of the settlement where the facility was located. To the community’s joy “Romodan” branch did not become an exception. NIBULON fenced the land around the elevator, was engaged in gasification and repair of roads, started to implement its socially responsible policy”, tells Grygoriy Goncharenko, a chief engineer, who has been working here since the first days of the branch foundation. He adds, “When the inhabitants were told that NIBULON constructed its facilities from nothing within three months, it seemed to be unreal for them. When they watched the process of the facility construction, the community started to believe that there were no impossible tasks for our company and its big team”. “A lot of inhabitants obtained a job at the branch”, says Yaroslava Bereza, a personnel inspector, “The most important thing is that the company revived the land that was neglected and were not used according to its intended purpose. On NIBULON’s arrival the village life became more brisk. Not only community but also our employees connect their hopes and stable life with NIBULON. During its operation “Romodan” branch was able to show itself to good advantage in the region. And at present NIBULON means deserved working conditions, new modern equipment provided by the leading manufacturers, career development, social protectability and stable high wage paid twice a month. “Many people (and not only inhabitants) try to obtain a job at the branch, the local agricultural producers carry grain here as purchasing prices are high”, adds Oleksandr Grynenko, the branch director. Farmers of Poltava region carry grain to NIBULON helping the branch to establish its own production records! Increase of the agricultural procurement amount demonstrates the branch success (and, thus, confidence of agricultural producers). It is quite logical that the current 2012-2013 marketing year is the most successful: the branch has taken above 131 thousand tons (that is by 7 thousand tons more in comparison with the appropriate period of the last marketing year); the amount of shipment has comprised almost 106 thousand tons (that is by 24 tons more than during the appropriate period of the last marketing year). At present the branch experiences its renovation. According to Oleksandr Nedzelskyy, a senior foreman, he and his subordinates are repairing paving tile, concrete surface between capacities, etc. “When we finish, the renewed elevator territory will appear as if it was opened yesterday!” “Our team always meets guests gladly”, mentions Yaroslav Bereza, a personnel inspector, “Both school excursions and foreign guests come to us. Most of them note not only high technological level of the elevator but also its landscape design and some people ask why we create lawns, flowerbeds, plant trees. Our employees do not ask such questions, as it is our elevator’s style. The production facility can and must be clean and aesthetic!” The successful “Romodan” branch is well known in the district as socially responsible. “It is hard to imagine the community happiness on finding out about NIBULON’s coming, a powerful investor that revived infrastructure, created new workplaces. Every year we sign an agreement with the village council for financing of social sphere facilities, including development of engineering, transport, and social infrastructure. Before construction commencement NIBULON immediately allocated funds to the local budget for a land plot sale and started to invest considerable funds in the village infrastructure development: a bus was purchased, the Internet was installed, a school stadium with synthetic turf was constructed. The amount of costs allocated by the company allows not only to solve urgent issues of Romodan village and its district but also to organize celebration events in the village”, mentions Volodymyr Kozachynskyy, a chief accountant. “Our friendly team consists of about 90 employees who can and like to work. I am confident of my subordinates. We are able to form an accurate operating schedule of the elevator and to ensure its fulfillment, including taking and shipment of products in time. We are not engaged in bureaucracy, the elevator operates 24 hours a day. It is a normal mode of operation for us. Every month labour efficiency and wages increase. It is very difficult to find such a wage in the district. We are open to professionals who have great intellect and masterful hands”, stresses Oleksandr Grynenko, the branch director. *** Colleagues!
