Residents ofLidiyivka village (Domanivs’kyy district, Mykolayiv region) came to Kyiv to support “NIBULON” and to protect it from raider attacks of little-known public organization “The interaction and success”. Due to “NIBULON” residents ofLidiyivka do not worry about the future of their children. “Each of us have relatives all over Ukraine, we are familiar with the situation when people own 17 hectares of land, but do not get what we have. First and foremost, this is an opportunity to teach children in native village”, – said the director of the school in Lidiyivka Liliya Byezina. According to her, until 1996 children of different age could study in the same class, because there were not enough funds for the separate supplies of first-graders and high school students. After “NIBULON” began to finance an educational institution, the 5th -9th grades appeared in the school, junior pupils have started to study separately. “We have new furniture, a cabinet system. There is a computer classroom (one computer per one pupil) and an interactive board”- Liliya Byezina said. She also mentioned that in addition to this, at the expense of “NIBULON” pupils of Lidiyivka school are taken on trips all over Ukraine, the company provides pupils with free meals and pays for their rest on the sea. The company also renovates the kindergarten, supports the House of Culture and helps with fuel and equipment of obstetric feldsher’s station. The roads of the village are constantly repaired at the expense of “NIBULON”. Residents ofLidiyivka are satisfied with two large-scale projects: in 2008-2010 “NIBULON” helped to reconstruct the water pipeline completely in every yard of the village and provided street lighting. The villagers are proud of the fact that it is always light in Lidiyivka, since full illumination in the evening and at night is a rarity for villages of the district. Head of the commercial dairy farm in Lidiyivka Iryna Pytomec added that today, thanks to “NIBULON” breeding farm was established in the village. 25 people are employed on the farm now. “When Vadaturskyy came, cows gave 300-600 g of milk. As this breed was of low-productivity, it was decided to swear it off. Instead of it, the cattle were brought from Germany. During nine months of this year, our farm has given 4 thousand liters of milk, with fat content of 4,2-4,5%. By the end of the year we hope to reach an amount of 5 thousand”, – emphasizes Irina Pytomec. Milk from Lidiyivka farm is used in the production of baby food, it proves the high quality of the product. Residents ofLidiyivka are confident that they made the right decision in 1996. “On the 7th of September, 2010 at the congregation of the villagers we unanimously confirmed that we are satisfied with life today! We believe Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and “NIBULON”! “- they said at a press conference. In addition, residents ofLidiyivka appealed to the President of Ukraine to protect them from false social activists and “NIBULON” from interfering of raiders in its business activity. Villagers believe that the cause of an unhealthy interest to “NIBULON” was an old situation of land acquisition. In 1996 members of the collective farm “Lidiyivs’kyy” at a general meeting consciously decided to renounce the right of collective ownership of 2950 hectares of land and give it into the use of “NIBULON”. In 2000, a resident of Lidiyivka Semen Lutsenko suddenly decided to dispose his share, but he began to “throw mud” at “NIBULON” and management of the company in the press, in order to incite residents of Lidiyivka to strikes. As a result, the case was led to the trial, and the villagers have signed a settlement agreement with “NIBULON”, court compelled Semen Lutsenko to pay moral damages for libel and to apologize publicly to the company’s General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. But in 2005 the situation repeated, and the solution was again made in favor of “NIBULON”. “We were taken out to the walls of the Presidential Secretariat in 2005 fraudulently. They used the raider scheme then, and we believed. We lost everything – school, mail and obstetric feldsher’s station. Grygoriy Gorevoy, mechanic wondered what kind of investor will be interested in them, if they stab in the back. Earlier this year Semen Lutsenko, currently unemployed, repeated an attempt to unsolder land in Lidiyivka. Enlisting the support of a little-known public organization “The interaction and success” and not disdaining public accusations and insults to “NIBULON” as well as local authorities. “Lutsenko’s opinion – it is not the opinion of the community. Over the last 14 years we have not regret about decision to transfer land to “NIBULON”. The company has created nearly 200 work places in the village with an average salary, which is the highest in the region (from UAH 1500 to 5000); cattle farm operates and vegetables are grown”, – residents of Lidiyivka emphasized. Residents of Lidiyivka were tired of provocateurs’ activity, so they had a congregation of the village, where it was resolvedjudicially to prohibit the above-mentioned public organization to conduct activity in their village. The court patronized the residents of Lidiyivka. However, the provocateurs continued to bother villagers with leaflets, where they openly threatened composure. Unable to withstand the pressure, the residents of Lidiyivka arrived in Kiev on the 4th of October, 2010 to support “NIBULON” and to express gratitude to the management of the company at a press conference, as well as in an open letter to journalists and the public. “Now the company is also threatened, they demand 960 000 Euros for leaving us in peace” – residents of Lidiyivka outraged. “We rely onlaw-enforcement authorities – that will help us to live and work quietly, and blackmailers and those who do not want to work, to close the road to our village forever”.
