Today Ukraine’s cooperation with the People’s Republic of China as to agricultural commodity trade is at the developmental stage. China actively studies the domestic market searching for potential partners. Thus, China’s business circles consider NIBULON to be a potential partner. On April 9, 2013 NIBULON was visited by Li Yong and Cheng Shujuan, managers of the trade department of SDIC. SDIC – is the largest Chinese importer of sunflower oil and other oil. The company also develops import of grain crops. Having negotiated with NIBULON’s management, the guests visited the transshipment terminal for shipment of grain and oil crops. While observing the territory, they familiarized themselves with the production scheme, including processes of motor transport arrival, sampling, weighting, shipment of agricultural products, etc. According to Li Yong, the transshipment terminal reminds a full-fledged city: comfortable, spacious, with its own infrastructure and administration. The terminal’s landscape, many plants and flowers located in the territory are deserved particular attention. Having visited the modern laboratory and administrative building the guests watched the process of grain analysis, saw current technique, and became familiar with quality standards, etc. “We understand that NIBULON is a leader of Ukraine’s agrarian market. The company impresses with its professionalism at all stages of doing agribusiness. It is obvious that priority will be given to this company. In spite of the fact that our visit to Mykolayiv city was introductory, our impressions of NIBULON are very positive and promising”, mentioned Cheng Shujuan. While leaving the terminal the visitors wanted to come back in the near future in order to buy the Ukrainian agricultural products and to watch grain shipment on board a vessel to bound for China.
