Memory is eternal and imperishable. It lives in human hearts as respect for those who created the history of our country despite hard trials and obstacles. On the 21st of September at the transshipment terminal of “NIBULON” a historic event happened – an establishment of the regional organization of Heroes, which included all the Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of Socialist Labor, Heroes of Ukraine and full Cavaliers of the Order of Glory, living in Mykolayiv region. The Head of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration Mykola Kruglov, the Head of the Mykolayiv Regional Council Tetyana Demchenko, the head of the City Council Volodymyr Chaika, heads of the state administrations of the city districts took part in the event. The solemn event was opened by the chairman of the City Veterans administration General Lyutikov Ivan Fedorovych: “During eight years, the City Veterans administration due to the help of our Mayor Volodymyr Chaika has established ten Veterans organizations. While communicating and conducting meetings with Heroes and Cavaliers of the Order of Glory of Mykolayiv region, we had an idea of an establishment of a new regional organization”. The Hero of Ukraine, General Director of OJSC “Wadan Yards Okean” Mykola Romanchuk was unanimously elected as the leader of a neworganization of Heroes of the Soviet Union, Ukraine and the Socialist Labor and Cavaliers of three Orders of Labor Glory. The Head of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration Mykola Kruglov thanked the honorable guests, noting how important their experience and skills are for future generations: “I want to emphasize that you are not veterans’ organization, but the organization of Heroes. Much depends on your position, your support of various initiatives of regional communities and regional authorities, just on your signatures. Those, to whom you are addressing, in particular, heads of central government, are well aware that you possess experience and work of generation, and your merits to the state and society will never be devalued. So I would ask you to give us a support when needed to protect the interests of regional communities; to be effective counselors for youth, because you embody the true professionalism, because during difficult years of state developing, system of transfer of professional experience was almost lost. Thank you for your active life position and I wish you good health. Mykola Kruglov congratulated the host of the event – General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine O. Vadaturskyy: “Oleksiy Opanasovych earned his title of Hero, since in such difficult times he could create such a serious company, become a national investor and grain trader, glorifying Ukraine on world markets”. The Head of the Mykolayiv Regional Council Tetyana Demchenko joined to the words of Mykola Kruglov: “These people earned their distinction and titles by hard work, difficult combat services and today in Mykolayiv region hard work on reconstruction of Fame hall in every educational institution with intent to educate future generations is in progress”. General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine O. Vadaturskyy addressed to the guests, he invited all participants to a guided tour along the unique company, noting that he was very pleased today to host such honorable people, I had heard many years ago about their brave feat: “Every day I have to prove the honorary title of a Hero. You gave resistance to the enemies of the state, raising desolated postwar economy, and I’m a patriot of the city, region and the whole Ukraine today trying to overcome all obstacles that stand in the way of the project of economic recovery. At the end of the meeting Heroes of the Soviet Union, Ukraine and the Socialist Labor and Cavaliers of three Orders of Labor Glory received monetary awards provided by Mykola Kruglov, Tetyana Demchenko and Volodymyr Chaika. The Mayor of the city thanked the heroes for the historical significance of their lives, work, attitude to the state. Selfless human labor, that is able to exploit and knows no barriers and restrictions has been always and will be appreciated in “NIBULON”. We thank those who work hard and defended our country in deadly battles, saved millions of lives.
