“NIBULON” offers elevator construction services on contractual terms. “NIBULON” became a leader in creation of its own system of elevator complexes and transshipment terminals in Ukraine. The company is going to increase its own elevator capacities. Nowadays “NIBULON” has the opportunity to render services to construct elevator complexes being similar to other facilities of Ukraine’s agrarian-industrial complex. We tend our highly qualified specialists to share their best practices in the organization of construction technologies with other entities of economic activity. It allows to reduce period of construction of such facilities in our country considerably. “NIBULON” can perform such works at the sites intended for silos construction. An experience of our company’s specialists will allow to provide qualified assistance in allotment of land plots and execution of entitling documents, to provide methodical support in carrying out procedure of land plots allotment legitimately and to render assistance in agreement of design decisions and building permits. The company can also perform procurement of equipment and organize the elevator construction with total capacity of 76 thousand tons on a turn-key basis. The project provides for grain taking from motor transport, its storage, clearing, drying, shipment on railway, motor and water transport. The project provides for assembly of 12 silos with capacity of 5.5. thousand tons each (preferably produced by “SCAFCO” company), 4 silos with active ventilation with capacity of 2.5 thousand tons each, 4 silos for moist grain with capacity of 200 tons each, 2 truck tippers (the Russian Federation). During grain cleaning, two scalperators (for preliminary cleaning) and an air screen separator with productivity of 250 t/h can be installed. The project also provides for assembly of other processing equipment, machinery with the following characteristics: – hopper scales with productivity of 300 t/h (the Netherlands), – 4 surface traversers (Czech Republic), – 2 American dryers with capacity of 100 t/h with aspiration system equipped with Danish filters, – 2 truck scales with carrying capacity of 80 tons and platform length of 20 meters, – lines of grain shipment on railway and motor transport with productivity of 250 t/h, lines of grain shipment on water transport with productivity of 500 t/h. Aspiration equipment includes filters, fans produced in Denmark. Hoppers for waste are equipped with special loading arms to prevent dust during loading on motor transport.
