Thus, Artur Shamian shared, “I have just seen the development of modern shipbuilding technologies that seemed to be declined in our city. We observe the highest quality of work ensured by the efficient management and reasonable decisions. I want as many people as possible to get proper education to work at such facilities and develop them. I would like Ukrainian businesses follow an example of Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and turn their ideas into something bigger and important for both Ukraine and the entire world. The guests also highlighted the importance of NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard to Mykolaiv region, “I think that every Mykolaiv citizen should see this facility. I am sure that it is a model both in our region and in Ukraine. This is the very facility with a well-organized working process. This is an example to be followed”, says Daniil Grygorevskyi.“I think that NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard can employ students graduating from shipbuilding highest educational institutions, for example the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding. I think it is very important for people to have appropriate working conditions in Ukraine and to be close to their families”, says Viktor Demirov. Finishing the excursion across the shipbuilding yard, Artur Shamian summarized, “It is good that the shipbuilding is rapidly developed in Mykolaiv. Considering that the shipyard is modernized and quickly adapts to modern challenges, it has all the prerequisites for further development.”
