The first non-self-propelled B5000M project vessel (order 10050)The specialists at the assembly fabrication workshop finishes producing the last fore section for the order. Once it is installed, the hull structure will be completely ready. The workers finish painting works in all buoyancy compartments of the non-self-propelled vessel. The shipbuilders have already painted the starboard and the bottom. The workers have already mounted the sounding pipe and drainage systems. The vessel has been equipped with a mooring gear. The bitts to fix mooring ropes were produced; the specialists have welded mooring hawses into bulwarks to guide the direction of ropes. They have also mounted multipurpose bollards and installed a guard railing. The shipbuilders will soon install the water firefighting pipelines and hatch covers; the mooring gear will additionally be equipped with modern winches. The specialists from the painting and insulation workshop continue to paint. The second non-self-propelled B5000M project vessel (order 10051)The shipbuilders have laid the keel for the new order at the building berth. Following usual practice, the shipbuilders have started to form the first four sections of the hull’s cylindrical part. At present the workers are installing the first side sections. The assembly fabrication workshop is working efficiently, where the workers are assembling twelve sections. The metal processing workshop is preparing metal to produce new sections for seven units of the order. Other production departments continue to work as well, producing metal and equipment for the vessel. The shipyard is also maintaining and repairing vessels. At present the shipbuilders are working on eleven orders, conducting various works on tugs, floating cranes, dredgers, and non-self-propelled vessels used for various operations.
