The first non-self-propelled B5000M project vessel (order 10050)The shipbuilders have already assembled 85% of the hull structure and continue to form it on the building berth, working closely with the assembly and welding workshop that produces new sections. The shipbuilders will soon mount the last aft and two fore sections. The workers from the painting and insulation workshop have started to paint the inner surface of the side sections and the fore section. The vessel is also equipped with the water-based firefighting pipelines. The production workshops continue to provide parts. At present the metal processing workshop is preparing metal and producing parts for the hatch covers; the mechanical and fitter workshop is producing vertical ladders, ventilation covers, bitts, and bollards. The workers from the assembly and pipeline workshop are producing air and sounding pipes as well as drainage system pipes. The second non-self-propelled B5000M project vessel (order 10051)The shipbuilders are preparing to lay the keel for a new order at the building berth, as the assembly fabrication workshop has already produced the first sections of the hull’s cylindrical part and is working on 12 sections. Due to the well-coordinated shipyard operation, the workers from the metal processing workshop operate constantly, producing the hull parts. The assembly and pipeline workshop is now engaged in producing water-based firefighting pipelines, air and sounding pipes, and drainage system pipes. The specialists from the mechanical and fitter workshop are producing parts to outfit the hull, in particular ventilation covers, vertical ladders, bitts, and bollards. The shipyard constantly maintains and repairs vessels. At present the shipbuilders are maintaining 14 vessels used for various operations.
