NIBULON’s production and technological laboratories render services to determine quality indices of 2013 wheat yield according to DSTU 3768:2010 “Wheat. Technical specifications” taking into account beginning of grain harvesting grown by agricultural producers.
Determination of grain quality indices is carried out in the modern laboratories by highly skilled professionals by using up-to-date high-precision equipment and measurement technology means. F.47 standard grain analysis card is provided specifying group and class of wheat.
All production and technological laboratories are certified by the State Metrology System of Ukraine to determine quality indices according to the standard methods: smell, colour of grain- GOST 10967-90 “Grain. Methods of smell, colour and taste determination”, moisture – GOST13856.5-93 “Grain. Method of moisture determination” and DSTU 4117:2007 “Grain and products of its processing. Determination of quality indices by using infrared spectroscopy (express-method)”; natural weight – GOST 10840-64 “Grain. Methods of natural weight determination”; grain hardness – GOST 10987-76 “Grain. Methods of hardness determination”; admixtures – trash, grain admixtures, grain damaged by a corn-bug, smut grain– DSTU 3768:2010 “Wheat. Technical specifications” and GOST 30483-97 “Grain. Methods of determination of trash and grain admixtures, grain damaged by a crop-bug, content of metallomagnetic admixtures”; mass fraction of protein – DSTU 4117:2007 “Grain and products of its processing. Determination of quality indices by using infrared spectroscopy”; mass fraction and quality of gluten – GOST 13586.1-68 “Grain. Methods of determination of gluten quality and quantity in wheat”; falling number – GOST 27676-88 “Grain and products of its processing. Method of falling number determination”.
