To solve this important issue, NIBULON has started and continues to implement a large-scale social project to purchase and build housing for its employees in the various parts of the country where the company’s facilities operate. Today, the total amount invested in this initiative is more than UAH 45 million. By building quality housing and using modern technologies and approaches, the company implements its NIBULON’s standard.NIBULON has built the first two buildings for Marianivska branch employees (Hrebinka town, Poltava region).“Three years ago, I received a two-storey modern house, where my family lives, from the company. I had nothing to worry out. The company equipped the house with household appliances, such as a microwave oven, a TV-set, a washing machine, a gas stove, and a vacuum cleaner. NIBULON purchased all the furniture, installed cold and hot water systems, as well as two types of heating running on gas and solid fuel boilers. In addition, there is a garage, a backyard to use for a garden. Everything is done for convenient living. It is a real comfort”, says Pavlo Tymchenko, a chief engineer at Marianivska branch. At present the company is building two modern houses with mansards and garages in Shyroke village (Snihurivka district, Mykolaiv region) for Snihurivska branch employees. The company has finished all the general construction works and is now installing a drainage system and electricity.The exterior and interior decoration, furniture, household appliances, and bathroom equipment remain to be done.The company is actively building an apartment building with two and three-room apartments in Ternivka village (Vilniansk district, Zaporizhzhia region) for employees at the Ternivska branch transshipment terminal. NIBULON has already strengthened walls, foundations, and mounted a roof. The specialists will perform all the engineering networks and installed all the required furniture and bathroom equipment. By the end of spring the company will have completed the house to that it is ready to be lived in. Last year, NIBULON put into operation its new river facility – the Zelenodolska branch (Marianske village, Apostolove district, Dnipropetrovsk region), and NIBULON is now working on a project to build an apartment building for its employees.
