April 23rd, 2012 the second year students of  the Mykolayiv State Agrarian University of agronomic department visited the transshipment terminal of “NIBULON” in Mykolayiv. Future agrarians got familiar with the technological scheme of the company’s operation and its production facilities, visited the new modern laboratory and administrative building and watched the process of loading the vessel at the berth. According to the young people, they were delighted by what they saw. Students called the company’s grain terminal a real European enterprise. The new laboratory and administrative building with three automotive transport sighting lines impressed young people the most. Students of the Mykolayiv State Agrarian University are constant guests in “NIBULON”. Their excursions take place within the bilateral cooperation of the company and educational institution, because “NIBULON” actively uses the following forms of prior acquaintance with the company. Getting acquainted with the terminal operation, watching the work of the staff, students noted the large percentage of young professionals, most of them are graduates of the Mykolayiv State Agrarian University. “NIBULON” always welcomes young people. Thus, a possibility of traineeship and further employment in the company was one of the key topics for discussion among young people during the excursion.
