In Kyiv region, in the heart of our country, an implementation of the patriotic investment project of “NIBULON” gets a new development. The company revives agricultural glory of Ukraine, constructing a network of elevator complexes. December 1, 2011 a solemn opening of the modern elevator complex for reception, storage and shipment of grain and oilseeds of “Denyhivs’ka” branch (Denyhivka village of Tetiyiv district Kyiv region) will be held. Construction of the complex was started on September 5, 2011, under the auspices of the Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk, with the participation of foreign partners and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Denmark to Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia Michael Borg-Hansen. This is the 20th enterprise, constructed by the company as a part of its investment project. Construction of the elevator in Kyiv region (which was not an easy task) once again allowed showing “NIBULON’s” standard – to build quickly, efficiently and in less than three months. During the construction of the facility modern technologies, modern equipment of longtime partner of the company, Danish enterprise «CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S» was used. It participates in the project of the company as a general supplier of technological equipment within the framework of export financing involving Export Credit Fund of Denmark. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Denmark to Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia Michael Borg-Hansen, as he says, feels great satisfaction, seeing as a partnership between the company and the Danish enterprise is developing, which only for this facility supplied two thirds of the equipment to “NIBULON”. During the construction of the elevator 14 containers of equipment with gross weight of almost 276 thousand kg were received from the Danish enterprise! Another partner of “NIBULON”, American company «SCAFCO», delivered 27 trucks of equipment for installation of silos, weighing more than 400 thousand kg, to the construction site! Elevator complex of “Denyhivs’ka” branch impresses with its equipment and modernity. The construction of high-tech facility required great responsibility and professionalism of all builders and “NIBULON’s” team, so the following work was done in less than three months: – nearly 2 488 piles were driven; – 670 tons of reinforcing steel were welded; – 3 200 tons of metalwork were produced and installed; – over 7 200 square meters of surface were sealed with metal shapes; – 1283 m of conveyors and 486 m of band elevator were installed; – for the installation of 12 granaries more than one million (!) details was used; – 2000 m of delivery pipe and 2840 m of sewage systems are laid. Elevator of “Denyhivs’ka” branch represents a number of technological innovations (compared with other enterprises of the company): – aspiration system in area of 1600 square meters is assembled and 10 filters of Danish company «Simatek» are installed, with the total productive efficiency of 132 thousand cubic meters per year. The maximum emission of dust of each filter does not exceed 50 mg per cubic meter, which corresponds with European health standards. Also loading arms «Moduflex» are installed on all storage silos of loading on road and rail transport that also reduces dust emissions into the environment; – the complex of treatment facilities is designed for cleaning and toxicity eliminationof household and rainfall runoff. Blocking of treatment systems, using of advanced technologies, reagents and equipment makes it possible to increase work efficiency and clean waste water to the water quality targetfor discharges into water reservoirs for cultural and household purpose. Purification of domestic sewage is carried out according to the progressive technology of membrane biological reactor in the block-modular complex. This technology combines the processes of sewage disposal of organic nature wash-out by aerobic microorganisms of activated sludge and the separation of purified water from activated sludge on ultrafiltration membranes; – purification of rainfall runoff is done by using block-modular complex and modern macromolecular flocculants. The whole set of decisions made, is sufficient to exclude environmental risk; – drying complex, mounted at the enterprise, additionally includes (except for two dryers) 4 conveyors, 2 belt elevators and 2 rubbish-disposal hoppers. Drying complex has a productive efficiency of 100 tons per hour, it is totally hermetical to prevent ingress of dusty air to the atmosphere. Newly-built enterprise is focused on high-speed low temperature grain drying. During its planning and subsequent construction the experience of leading grain producing countries in the world market (Canada, USA, Australia, UK, etc.) was taken into account. These countries long ago have chosen the path of radical reduction of power on their own elevators by switching to low temperature drying, it means that the principal amount of grain undertakes short-time heat process in sparing mode with further final drying in silos of active ventilation. This kind of international experience of energy-saving is being implemented at “NIBULON’s” elevators. “Denyhivs’ka” branch is not an exception – exactly this idea is at the root of the production process at the enterprise, but it is original structurally and hardware, because it is designed and executed by the company’s experts. By efforts of the company a patent search was held to identify information regarding the issue, considered the world`s experience of active ventilation systems – thus brand new “NIBULON’s” active ventilation system was developed, which fully justified itself in the work and is greatly superior to other available in the world systems. High-tech dryers «DNG 26 R» produced by «Cimbria Unigrain» are installed at the enterprise, where actually only construct, casing was left original – because scalpers (manufactured by Kharkiv plant n.a. Frunze), burner devices (manufactured by plant “PromGazApparat”) etc. are own development of the company. Also, experts of “NIBULON” picked the best modes of drying by researching. These dryers are of silos cascade type, it means that grain is conducted to a mine, moves towards thermal air flow and thus by means of it grain is dried. The design of the new dryers provides reducing grain damage in the process of grain drying and uniform warming of grain flow. A reduced energy consumption of the dryers andthus of the drying process reduces the cost of the production process and enables to increase productivity and improve grain quality. Thus, as a result – Ukraine has received another modern elevator from “NIBULON” where simultaneous storage of 77 thousand tons of grain production and reception and shipment of 5 thousand tons per day is possible. Elevators of the company are always different from the others in their accomplishment, impeccable appearance. The elevator in Kyiv is not an exception: for land improvement 16 300 square meters of the area are covered with concrete, 2100 square meters of paving slabs are laid, 30 500 square meters are laid with grass. The peculiarity of the facility is green planting – 150 trees and 700 bushes. Two fountains work onsite the facilities, employees and guests will always have a chance to rest in the comfortable garden houses. This victory is the merit of “NIBULON’s” team and contractors. In total there were 56 construction organizations from 12 regions of Ukraine (i.e. more than 1500 people!), 26 units of sophisticated technology were involved at the construction site. After all our activity for them is a litmus test of business credit in Ukraine. Let them once again see our joint success and it is not the last one. I want to say proudly that our investment program is for at least 2 years – 2 years of stable tireless work for the future”, Director General of “NIBULON” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy said. Production capacities of elevator complex of “Denyhivs’ka” branch allow to intake, process and overload up to 250 thousand tons of agricultural products per year. This enterprise will take part in harvesting campaign of late crops of this year already, which is very important under the conditions of elevator capacities shortage in Ukraine. Putting the enterprise into commission in Kyiv region is a real economic benefit: infrastructure development, infusion of funds to the budgets of all levels, especially to the local one, Denyhivka village – UAH 4 million every year, it means new work places and decent salaries. The new enterprise has already opened the doors to 60 young professionals, providing them with a prestigious and stable work. Traditionally, “NIBULON”, being a social responsible company does not only invest heavily in infrastructure development of different regions, but also initiates new approaches to the application of these funds by communities. Innovation of such approaches is that the company transfers funds to the local budgets before and during construction, but not after its completion. The investment project of the company unified the entire community of the village, none of the resident of the village will stand back. In general, the local community received almost UAH 3.4 million from “NIBULON” to address social issues. Due to these funds the following work was performed: the local stadium is completely reconstructed (new cover, several sports fields, etc. – at the amount of UAH 560 thousand), the local school received “a breath of new information technologies”, namely: two renovated and equipped with furniture and modern computer equipment classrooms of chemistry and computer science, as well as additional comfort – a renovated facade entrance, internal toilets are reconstructed, school yard and adjacent to the school Shevchenko street received a new road surface (estimate of work is UAH 274 thousand). Also, windows and doors are installed at the local pre-schools “Svitanok” and “Veselka”, boiler room is repaired, work on improvements of subjacent territory to the obelisk “Honor”, doors and windows are purchased and installed for the local ambulance. Currently work on the Denyhivka village street lighting, procurement and installation of windows and doors at a local hospital, repairing the water tower, installing fences, repair of Chapel and filling potholes of roads of churchyard is currently conducted, a master plan of the village is being developed.
