In September 27, 2007 the agricultural enterprise “NIBULON Ltd” met guests again at the ceremony of opening of a new complex for reception and storage of grain. The new elevator was constructed in Voznesenskoe village (Zolotonoshskiy district, Cherkassy region). By the time of solemn ceremony the company has begun already to carry out balancing and commissioning works. Handing over a project to working commission was in the 16th of September according to schedule of construction. And in September 27, there was signed the act of state inspecting commission about start-up of the complete construction object.             The occasion was devoted to completing of the first stage of construction. The total ground area is 15 hectare, where it was built the elevator, the office block and the laboratory. There were set new service lines such as water, electric and gas supply as well as telephone communication.  It was built new automobile and rail access roads. The value of the first stage of construction of Zolotonishskiy elevator is US 7 million. And the total value will be US 10 million. The second stage of construction will be completed in January 1, 2008. In the future it’s planed to build a preprocessor.             Zolotonishskiy elevator is the new automated operation equipped with up-to-date efficient drying equipment produced by USA and grain cleaning and transportation equipment of domestic manufacture. The power of drying machines is about 2.5 thousand ton per day. The capacity of the elevator is 33 thousand ton.             As the whole for building of the elevator there were involved 1279 workers. It means that it was created 319 work places in a year. 91 organizations supplied the building with materials and equipments. The order was completed in the shortest possible time. For example, the order to build 8 bucket elevators and 8 conveyers (“Komsomoletz engineering plant”) has been fulfilled for 1.5 month. 400 workers worked in three shifts.  “NIBULON Ltd”’s order constitutes 10 % of annual output volume of the given plant. During the building of Zolotonishskiy elevator the works were done to the sum of UH 36 269 800, including equipment to the sum of UH 7 999 800. Contracting organizations paid wages to their workers to the amount of UH 7 290 000, and supply organizations paid wages to the amount of about UH 2 830 000. In the given period it was paid profit and value-added taxes at the rate UH 5 869 933.33.             During building it was installed 41 kilometer of cable-conducting material, laid out reinforced concrete, made and installed more than 1500 ton of metal structures, carried out 45 cubic meters of digging. The capacity of the given enterprise excites your imagination more when you understand that it has built just for three months on neglect ground, on the territory of former landfill.             Cherkassy region got much better from coming of “NIBULON Ltd”. The building of Zolotonishskiy elevator lets approach “NIBULON Ltd”’s service directly to farmers. The time and quantity of loss during harvesting of maize will be shortened and quality of maize will be better.  About 120 new work places will be created at the enterprise. And of course the company will give special attention to Voznesenskoe village. “NIBULON Ltd” has been already participating in renewal of heating of the local hospital. The company has paid design work in gasification too.             That’s why opening of Zolotonoshskiy branch is occasion not just for the company but for the whole Cherkassy region. This fact is verified by high attention of local population as well as represents of local authority. “NIBULON Ltd” was happy to meet respected guests, namely: Vice-prime minister Victor Slauta, deputy agrarian minister Valentina Zavolevskaya. And of course the honorable guests were representatives of local authority, namely: head of Cherkassy Regional Administration Alexander Cherevko, chairman of Cherkassy Oblasna Rada Vladimir Gresi, deputy head of State Department  of Cherkassy Region Vladimir Beliy, the first deputy of head of Cherkassy Regional Administration Vasiliy Kornienko, head of  Zolotonoshskaya District State Administration Valeriy Burkatzkiy, chairman of Zolotonoshskaya Rayonna Rada Ivan Sokolan.  The honorable guests were also president of the Ukrainian Grain association Vladimir Klimenko and vice-president of the Ukrainian Grain association Sergey Stoyanov. The mayor of Nikolaev city Vladimir Chayka came on ceremony too. “NIBULON Ltd” was also happy to meet the representatives of “Ukreximbank”: deputy president of “Ukreximbank” of Kiev Yuriy Khramov, chief of Export development Department of“Ukreximbank” of Kiev Ildar Usmanov and many other guests. Certainly the leaders and workers of building and contracting organizations and also many other partners and companions of “NIBULON Ltd” were present at this celebration. The population of near villages such as Voznesenskoe, Vershatzy, Ivanovka, Tarasogrygorievka (Chigirin district, Cherkassy region) was invited too.             During celebration the main participators of construction works were also marked. Thus Cherkassy Oblasna Rada awarded Director General of “NIBULON Ltd” Alexei Vadaturskiy with diploma for personal contribution to social-economic development of the region and for making of new workplaces. The Olasna Rada awarded also the following leading workers of construction organizations: the erector of privately owned enterprise “Vysotnik”- D.V. Gichev, the crane-operator of “Universal Ltd” – V.P. Filipenko.  And Cherkassy Regional Administration awarded the deputy of Director General of “NIBULON Ltd” Sergey Besedin and the chief of construction department of “Sorgo-Bud Ltd” Alexander Dyachenko with diplomas. The workers of “NIBULON Ltd” and construction organizations were also awarded with diplomas by Zolotonoshskaya Administration and Zolotonoshskaya Rayonna Rada. There was a present from “Ukreximbank”, it awarded Alexei Vadaturskiy with an honorary order of the first degree for the personal contribution to the development of partner relations and presented the lucky horseshoe, which is distinctive mark of “Ukreximbank”. In such wonderful day “NIBULON Ltd” awarded the workers of construction organizations with diplomas for high skill and for fulfilling works in the shortest possible time.             After ceremonial cutting of ribbon the official opening of the enterprise was consecrated by the priest Otetz Yaroslav. In conclusion of the official part of celebration the Director General of “NIBULON Ltd” Alexei Vadaturskiy conducted personally the guests through the new enterprise.              During celebration the climate was properly festive, that was due to good weather as well as due to merry concert and fireworks. But the main note was good mood of the guests which heaped tirelessly “NIBULON Ltd” with compliments, that was not just because to congratulate heartily but  to narrate the whole world about long and profitable cooperation with this company, which has been well to gain prestige for all its lifetime. Thus head of Cherkassy Regional Administration Alexander Cherevko, chairman of Cherkassy Oblasna Rada Vladimir Gresi, vice-prime minister Victor Slauta, president of the Ukrainian Grain association Vladimir Klimenko, mayor of Nikolaev city Vladimir Chayka, deputy president of “Ukreximbank” of Kiev Yuriy Khramov made a good speech to “NIBULON Ltd”.             And indescribable feelings filled all the guests. They said that it was honor for them to be present at such occasion. And employers of the company were full of pride that they are a part of all of that.                The celebration was finished and the company started working. Zolotonishskiy elevator has taken the first 550 ton of maize. Till October 4, during balancing and commissioning of gastransport system and transport equipment the company will work in checkout conditions. And since the 4th of October the elevator will start working in full operation.
