Unfortunately, the diploma of higher or vocational and technical education does not guarantee you will get a job in Ukraine. One of the problems in the modern labour market is the lack of decent workplaces, especially for the young. Despite this difficult situation in Ukraine, NIBULON, demonstrating its stable development and increasing the number of its own facilities in Ukraine as well as the number of workplaces, is a much-needed employer, especially among recent graduates. For more than 10 years, NIBULON and the Mohyliv-Podilskyi Technological and Economic College of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University have been successfully cooperating in training specialists in grain processing and storage. The company has been employing the college graduates. What are the reasons for this success? Firstly, the company implements its own standard program to ensure good educational conditions at this college. During cooperation, NIBULON has purchased and presented the college grain laboratory with equipment worth of total of about UAH 240 thousand. Recently, the company has presented a modern 10-liter capacity grain sample splitter, tested by the specialists at the Kozatska branch production and technological laboratory , and a new laboratory island bench produced for the college. The laboratory equipment will enable students to learn new practical skills and to conduct grain analyses. The students will have an opportunity to undergo practical training and to acquire skills to use devices that are required for further employment. “We thank you for contributing to the development of the material and technical facilities at the college, for presenting the laboratory with expensive equipment and devices. It is an example of how the employer participates in training personnel”, states Valentyna Kazmir. Secondly, NIBULON has not only become the reliable partner of the college, the best company to undergo practical training, and an employer but also the college visiting card. Every year, NIBULON invites students to undergo practical training and hires graduates without additional interviews. This NIBULON’s policy is appreciated by the future entrants and their parents. On entering the college, they can be sure that the specialty is in demand in the labour market, and they will get a job. At the end of January, NIBULON and the Mohyliv-Podilskyi Technological and Economic College celebrated an important event. A new generation of specialists graduated from the educational institution. The recent graduates will soon start their career development.
