In 2019, Randstad Employer Brand Research covered more than 200,000 respondents worldwide. This year, Norway and Ukraine have joined the project. Thus, the survey numbers 32 participating countries.
The winners were determined on the basis of 9,498 respondents’ answers to an online questionnaire from November 2018 to January 2019. In our country, respondents scored 150 largest employers from the main list: 75 Ukrainian companies and 75 international ones.  
Among the key criteria for evaluation are: attractive salary and benefits, financial solvency, reputation, job security, career progression, social responsibility, interesting job content, pleasant work atmosphere, etc. The company that collects the highest number of points is considered the most attractive for employment.
This year’s winners were chosen in 17 nominations in different industries. NIBULON has won along with such world brands as Samsung, Adidas, ArcelorMittal.
It is worth noting that NIBULON has been repeatedly recognized as the best employer both in the region and in Ukraine. The company is known in Ukraine not only for its investment activities, but also for socially responsible business management.
