On the 12th of May, 2011 guests from Holland and Austria and participants of Ukrainian  research and practice conference visited the transshipment terminal of “NIBULON” in Mykolayiv. Guests, who visited the company for the first time, were pleasantly impressed with the power and capacities of “NIBULON”. Deputy Director General of navigation safety Andriy Volik personally met delegation at the terminal. Management of the Netherlands company «Wenemco» (producers of feed additives) and the Austrian company «Technik-Plus» (sale of agricultural equipment) expressed deep admiration for technical and aesthetic level of the enterprise. In particular, foreigners were impressed with a high level of working conditions, internal logistics of the terminal, openness and transparency of the company’s activity. According to foreign guests, an example of such business is unique to Ukraine. Members of Ukrainian research and practice conference on the issue of “Formation and development of professional competence in a modern teacher in the condition of lifelong education”, held on the 12th -13th of May 2011 at the Mykolayiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education, were also impressed with their visit to the transshipment terminal. Among the guests there were representatives of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, scientists of the humanitarian policy of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, leading Ukrainian scholars and teachers. “NIBULON’s” unindifferent attitude to the problems of education is well-known outside of Mykolayiv. Our company provides charitable support, methodological support to schools, higher institutions of Mykolayiv and other regions, readily supports research and practice activities, organized by regional center of postgraduate education. Ukrainian teachers expressed their sincere gratitude to “NIBULON” after they had found out that primarily young professionals – graduates of local universities work at such a serious enterprise with the most modern laboratory: it is enjoyable to see that talented young people can apply the accumulated knowledge as well as develop, grow scientifically and professionally. It is pleasant to know that these companies of European standard exist in Ukraine today, this fact gives a hope and faith in better future of our country. Willingness to cooperate and social unindifference of “NIBULON” became a business card of the company long ago. Because openness of “NIBULON”, publicity and transparency in business today allows us not only to win the trust of business partners in the country and in the international market, but also respect from Ukrainian public.
