On July 17, 2012 Bogdan Egorov, the rector of Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies (ONAFT), and Viktor Hobin, the head of the department of automation of production processes of ONAFT, visited the transshipment terminal of “NIBULON” (Mykolayiv city).   A visit of such guests became a pleasant event for Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, the General Director of “NIBULON”. As he is a graduate of Odesa Technological Institute named after M.V. Lomonosov (ONAFT).   “NIBULON’s” General Director familiarized the delegation with the work of the company and terminal. The guests attended the modern chemical-technological laboratory and saw in what ways analyses of agricultural raw materials, water, soils, and air are carried out. Besides, they observed the shipment of a vessel which will be bound to Egypt, they also got an opportunity to see the company’s own non-self-propelled vessels and even to attend a captain’s deckhouse of “NIBULON’s” tug.   The representatives of ONAFT were impressed by the level of technical equipment of the terminal, value of supermodern equipment, presence of the company’s own fleet, and also landscape design of the terminal. Having seen two granaries with capacity of 50 thousand tons of grain each and with diameter of 64 m each the guests paid attention to the facility’s uniqueness and complexity.    It should be mentioned that they were also impressed by not only the technical component but also standards and conditions of labor created at the terminal. There is a respect for the person here.   “I have known Oleksiy Opanasovych since we were students, as I graduated from Odesa Technological Institute named after M.V. Lomonosov in 1971 too”, Viktor Hobin, the head of  the department of automation of production processes of ONAFT, D.Sc. in engineering, the professor, says. “I was a witness of this terminal creation, saw all stages of its development but the terminal that we see at present can not but impressing – everything is harmoniously here. I can say with certainty that only a person who is devoted to his job completely, really likes his work can create such a company. I have no words to express my admiration for Oleksiy Vadaturskyy – an eminent person, manager, and a real Hero”.   Bogdan Egorov, the rector of ONAFT, expressed his admiration too, “For 10 years of its work our academy has trained more than 65 thousand specialists in food and grain processing industry and we are proud of Oleksiy Vadaturskyy being a graduate of our university. Despite “NIBULON” was established long ago Oleksiy Opanasovych goes with the times and implements new technologies constantly. I was impressed by what we have seen today. I can announce with certainty that “NIBULON’s” terminal is a unique facility as I have seen many enterprises and not only in the territory of Ukraine but also abroad”.   Bogdan Egorov was impressed that “NIBULON’s” General Director is not afraid of employing young specialists, training them, and making them the real experts. The rector of ONAFT invited Oleksiy Vadaturskyy to attend his native academy to speak with students and teaching stuff, “Oleksiy Opanasovych shares his experience with young specialists. I think that our teachers can adopt Oleksiy Vadaturskyy’s methods”.
