On May 25 “NIBULON” finished its sowing campaign of early crops completely. Despite the fact that this season turned out to be not the simplest one (as a result of unfavorable weather conditions and corresponding increase in the areas of spring crops by 10-15%), the company’s branches managed to finish early sowing campaign in time. Total area of crops is 41 thousand ha from which 17 thousand ha are occupied by corn, 12.5 thousand ha are occupied by sunflower, 4.5 thousand ha are taken under soya crops, 6 thousand ha are sowed by sorghum. Analyzing the structure of early crops sowing, it should be noted that the area of corn crops increased by 10% in 2012 as compared to the previous year, the area of soya crops increased by 30%, and the area of sorghum crops – by 80% having exceeded the indexes of the  last year almost in 2 times. Also the company’s branches sowed the area of 1020 ha under different agricultural crops such as buckwheat, oat, etc. Branches of the Southern regions happened to be in the most difficult situation when the incoming of late spring became the reason of a delay of a sowing campaign start. However the company adequately solved the situation having increased rates of works with their quality preservation. Fallow land processing was performed together with sowings. At present 7 thousand ha of fallow lands have been processed which is about 80% of planned amounts. Also complex of actions on the crop tending is carried out, namely: cultivation of crops is carried out (currently it has already been processed 10% of corn and 10% of sunflower of planned amounts), actions of chemical protection of plants are carried our. Despite of unfavorable weather conditions “NIBULON” sets a task of getting the wheat crops of high quality. The first wheat processing was completed in the area of 22 thousand ha and also herbicides application was completed in the area of 33 thousand ha. The foliar application of wheat is planned to begin in the near future. At the end of June or at the beginning of July the sowing camping is planned to be carried out. Therefore the company’s branches start gradually the equipment preparation for sowing.
