NIBULON proves comprehensively that it is possible to achieve its goals, to develop the state economy and to be a socially responsible company, even during these difficult times when the entire world is fighting the pandemic. The company continues to implement its patriotic investment project during the coronavirus crisis. NIBULON has built its new high-tech facility in Dnipropetrovsk region, namely the Zelenodolska branch river transshipment terminal with the capacity to store 76 thousand tons of grain simultaneously, whilst complying with all the safety measures. The company has created 1,500 workplaces for builders from 73 various organizations across Ukraine. The new facility has provided 100 people with jobs in the region. At the same time the company continues to build its most modern fleet and to develop domestic shipbuilding. NIBULON has finished building a series of six modern 90-m non-self-propelled vessels (NBL-90 project). NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard LLC has started to build its new B5000M project vessel. The first vessel of this series has been already launched.The company conducts its activities not only safely but also efficiently during the pandemic, thereby supporting the country’s economy. NIBULON has achieved new records for cargoes transported by water, become a leader in the transshipment of cargoes in the outer roads, increased the number of agreements signed in the domestic market to support domestic agrarian producers, established new trading relations with other countries worldwide, achieved new records in agricultural commodity production, and conducted its fifth season of passenger transportation by water.NIBULON, as a socially responsible company, persistently and efficiently developed the healthcare sector of Ukraine, having donated about UAH 100 million to the healthcare sector. Its large-scale project has covered the entire process to test and treat COVID-19 patients, in particular adults and children from Mykolaiv, Mykolaiv region, and other regions in Ukraine. The company has already- given its own equipment to the Mykolaiv Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, which enabled the laboratory to conduct 400 analyses per day for the presence/absence of coronavirus by using the PCR method. More than 80% of tests in the region were conducted using NIBULON’s equipment;- built 4 oxygen stations to provide patients with more than 200 cubic meters of oxygen per hour;- laid oxygen lines and connected them to about 400 beds; – created comfortable conditions in 50 wards for almost 100 patients (repair works, furniture, individual toilet facilities, TV-sets, call buttons, communication system).
