The national largest investor, leader of the agricultural market of Ukraine, “NIBULON” has begun the construction of the transshipment terminal which is the first of four planned on this river, at a cost of over UAH 150 mln. in Nova Odesa (Mykolayiv region) on the riverbank of the Southern Bug. This will be the ninth elevator complex, which “NIBULON” will construct within a large-scale investment program to revive navigation along the Dnipro, the Southern Bug River and other rivers of Ukraine. On the whole within the program 17 elevator complexes will be constructed. The newly built complex will be a facility of a modern, refined from an architectural point of view and will become a business card of Nova Odesa, a place to visit with excursions. Here “NIBULON” will build a passenger riverside station for the revival of river passenger shipping. An evidence of environmental safety of the new complex will be a recreation space with refined beach that will be created near the terminal by the company. Revolutionary technological solution will be used at the terminal, it will be provided with the most modern equipment in the world. “NIBULON” plans to construct four of such terminals on the Southern Bug, the total investment volume is more than UAH 500 mln. At the solemn ceremony of opening of the complex, which was attended by hundreds of local residents, workers and visitors, the head of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration Mykola Kruglov said: “During the long time I have not derived such a pleasure that I have derived now when during 20 – 30 minutes we had a tour of the construction site. If we had more such entrepreneurs as Oleksiy Vadaturskyy who knows what he is doing, knows how to do it, we will build Ukraine for people”. Mykola Kruglov again touched upon an issueof providing a status of national to the investment program of “NIBULON”, because, as he said,  the program is already a national one, entrenching of an official status will remove a number of bureaucratic obstacles and bureaucratic red tape. He noted that tens of thousands of builders and shipbuilders are already involved in the project, production of domestic metallurgy, engineering and other industries is used and subsequently the project will have an immediate positive effect for the domestic agricultural sector. The Head of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration confirmed that this issue was discussed on the 19th of October during the working visit of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov to Mykolayiv region. The Chairman of Mykolayiv Regional Council Tetyana Demchenko expressed words of gratitude to the management of “NIBULON”: “By investing funds into construction and in the development of shipbuilding, and in support of farmers of our region and throughout Ukraine, “NIBULON” makes a huge deal for the whole country. If there were more such companies, the greater amount of grain at the highest price would be received from our farmers, the more firmly and confidently agricultural producers would feel”. In turn, General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy said at the solemn meeting: “We are patriots of Ukraine and of our region. I can say that the construction of the complex in Nova Odesa is possible due to the initiative and support of the regional Governor Mykola Kruglov, the Chairman of Mykolayiv Regional Council Tetyana Demchenko, heads of the district and deputies of Nova Odesa town. O. Vadaturskyy emphasized that construction of the terminal in Nova Odesa and other facilities on the Southern Bug is unplanned: “This construction has become possible due to the fact that a good investment climate is created. Everything is made thanks to the Governor of Mykolayiv region Mykola Kruglov, who knows our region perfectly”. “As it was correctly pointed out during the visit of the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov to Mykolayiv, to start a construction, it takes at least 6 months for the coordination of all issues and usually it lasts 2 years. In our cases, 4 years were spent on the coordination of project estimate documentation and solving all land issues, passing through bureaucratic traps. Here in Nova Odesa, due to the personal control of Mykola Kruglov, we managed to pass all the licensing procedures and even to start construction within 4 months. We have never had such a quick coordination by all departments, – said O. Vadaturskyy. O. Vadaturskyy emphasized that currently “NIBULON” is constructing two transshipment terminals – in Nova Odesa, and in Kremenchuk (Poltava region) and 86 enterprises will work at these construction sites, UAH 300 million will be spent. “Builders will have to work hard in Nova Odesa. 4,000 piles are driven in the pile field, their length is up to 33 meters, because there is no solid base of subsoil at the construction site. We have never had such a difficult construction in our history”, – he said. O. Vadaturskyy also noted that complex that is being constructed in Nova Odesa will be the fourth generation of the company: “We started to build 5 years ago. It is the fourth modification of the enterprise. It is the same situation if you take black and white computer and compare it with modern flat screen LCD panel. That is how we have modified the enterprise”. He noted that, all complexes constructed by “NIBULON” on the Southern Bug will be a project of the fourth generation. On condition of a good weather in Nova Odesa, terminal will be constructed in 2 months. The General Director of “NIBULON” stressed on ecological compatibility of the investment project: “Project will unload 120 thousand trucks from the roadsof Ukraine, which means – 3 million tons of grain will no longer be carried by cars in Mykolayiv. It is an enormous relieving pressure on a roadand streets and bridges of our city”. He also reminded that, thanks to the investment projects farmers will receive UAH 50-70 more per ton of grown grain. “We are moving our company closer to each farmer, every agrarian will be able to disposegrain directly to our company without any intermediaries. There won’t exist the mediatory chains, which means unshadowing – increasing of profitability of grain market and its attractiveness and legalization”, – said the Hero of Ukraine. O. Vadaturskyy said that, as it was estimated by the company, to recover navigation along the Southern Bug to Voznesens’k fully, UAH 70 million are necessary for dredging. “We are ready to solve this issue and we will do this together with Regional State Administration, Ministry of Transport. But, I think you can`t fail to noticethat, this is a resonance phenomenon, which will force officials to address in the affirmative”- he added.
