A leader of the agricultural market of Ukraine, the largest agricultural company of the country – “NIBULON” celebrates the 20th anniversary of its activity businesslike, ambitious and patriotically, but without drinking fuss and festive fireworks: on the eve of the anniversary the 20th elevator complex of the company was put into operation, it is up-to-date and it has immediately set to work. The solemn opening of modern elevator complex for reception, storage and shipment of grain and oilseeds with a capacity of 77 thousand tons of “Denyhivs’ka” branch was held on December 1 in Denyhivka village of Tetiyiv district Kyiv region. The event was attended by thousands of locals and people from many other towns of the district. Numerous guests from the capital and representatives of foreign diplomatic corps, foreign companies – business partners of “NIBULON” have also arrived to the opening of the elevator complex. It is noteworthy that the commissioning of the grain elevator was preceded by two most important for the village events. In the local school that was repaired at the expense of the investor, the solemn opening of two classrooms of chemistry, equipped with interactive whiteboard, and computer science equipped with new computers, was held. In addition, completely reconstructed local stadium with a new cover of a football field, several sports facilities, changing rooms, bleachers and sport equipment were opened. None of those present concealed the admiration. The head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk said, “I am grateful to “NIBULON”, General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy for the fact that he believed, came to us and embodied these plans. This is a development of the village, of the whole Tetiyiv district and this is our future.” In this case, Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk said, “We did not carry on agitation to let such a large-scale event take place in Kyiv region, we made the most important thing – we created normal conditions for investors. Investor believed us, and because of this we already have new work places and revenues to local budgets.” “At a time when in some regions it takes ages to approve projects of investors, we have done the project, carried out examination, negotiated and constructed within three months. This is a prime example of cooperation between business and government “, the Governor said. “These are the first steps toward realizing the reforms initiated by the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych. After all, creating the conditions to conduct them, starting with local levels, promoting production increase at the local level, pumping up the budgets and increasing the number of work places, we will get the result, which is very important today for us”, Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk emphasized. Noting the role of Oleksiy Vadaturskyy personally, Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk said, “I want to work with such a person, and I do not want to be limited by the second and the third elevator projects implementation. I would love to suggest him to cultivate land in our region, to built a production. After all, this person promptly pays for the shares, people work for him gladly. You know, it is a pleasure to work with such a company. If there are more companies of such a kind – we will really truly build our state.” The Governor of Kyiv region also expressed a hope that “NIBULON” will help him to realize his dream – to revive the navigation along the Dnipro River. He has no doubt that the leader of the agrarian market can cope with that. After all he had been already aware of “NIBULON’s” achievements, before he became the head of Kyiv Regional State Administration. According to him, today it is the only company that through its business strategy can solve complex problems such as: construction of both transshipment terminals and a fleet. Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk also made a pointed reference to the weighty social component of the investment project of “NIBULON” in Denyhivka village: “Today almost UAH 5 million are allocated for the social needs of the village: the school is repaired, the stadium is built, lighting is conducted – and these are only the first steps. There will be another construction of the village, social issues, with which the head of the village council, school principal, head of district administration will appeal, will be decided.” During a solemn meeting A. Prysyazhnyuk also awarded Diploma of Merit of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the Hero of Ukraine, General Director of “NIBULON” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, which he was awarded “for significant personal contribution to the development of agricultural production, application of the latest agricultural products storage technologies, many years of conscientious work and professionalism.” For significant personal contribution to the development of agricultural production, hard work and professionalism honorary mentions of the Prime Minister of Ukraine were awarded to: the deputy General Director of “NIBULON” for construction Sergiy Byesyedin, the head of capital construction department of the Company Galyna Volkova, the head of technology sector of the capital construction department Natalya Zverzhyns’ka. However, he noted, “It`s pleasant to see renovated school today, computerized classrooms, a new stadium and this impressive enterprise, where also the equipment supplied from the United States is installed. This grain elevator is an evidence of the huge importance of investing in the agricultural sector of Ukraine.” “The Ukrainian government requires two things in order to have more of such investments: first, to make its policy transparent so that all companies and market participants have equal opportunities and equal rules, and secondly – market regulation should be predictable, so that companies are informed in advance about possible changes, ” the diplomatic official said. The head of the Entrepreneurs Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the President of Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation Leonid Kozachenko said, “Oleksiy Vadaturskyy is so far the only Ukrainian businessman who builds vessels for the transportation of grain, develops the biggest base for its storage in different regions of Ukraine. Thanks to him, tens of thousands of people have got a work, a lot of schools, kindergartens all over Ukraine get help and support. If there were more such people, it would be better in our country! ” The president of the Ukrainian Grain Association Volodymyr Klymenko also noted the significance of the investment project of “NIBULON”, “Today Ukraine has collected a record harvest in its history, which according to official data has already exceeded 56 million tons. According to the UN in 2050, world population will compile 9 billion people. One of the most important tasks that must be completed today is the problem of providing food to the population of our planet. I think that this is an hour of triumph for our country! After all, Ukraine has a strong agricultural complex, so our great mission is to provide the world`s population with food. The role of “NIBULON” to address this issue can hardly be overestimated.” In turn, the director of the company “Cimbria Unigrain” in Ukraine Oksana Stretovych noted that the new elevator of “NIBULON” first of all, serves the great cause of improving of food safety of Kyiv region and Ukraine as a whole, “The grain to be stored in this silo, is able to provide the capital of Ukraine with bread for 4 months!” The head of Tetiyiv District State Administration Ivan Mykolyuk and the head of the village Vitaliy Samozvan expressed their sincere gratitude to “NIBULON” and personally to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. The general director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy thanked all the business partners involved in the construction of the elevator complex, representatives of the authorities and the local population, especially the head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk and his team for the complete assistance in the implementation of the investment project of the company, “If there were not such a support, there would not be our company in Kyiv region!” He noted that this is not the last elevator complex that “NIBULON” will build in the metropolitan region. “In 2012 we plan to build six elevator complexes, in particular, 2 transshipment terminals in Pereyaslav-Khmel’nyts’kyy and Kagarlyts’kyy districts of Kyiv region. We will complete the investment program planned 2 years ago by 2013, it is an investment of USD 500 million in the agrarian sector of Ukraine, which involves bringing own elevator capacities up to 2.5 million tons, own complete fleet with a deadweight of 250 thousand tons. We must adopt not only the rivers in Ukraine, but also the rivers of other countries – our neighbors. We actually show how an investor should invest today in the Ukrainian economy.
