On May 25, 2012 the meeting of the management of JSC “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” and “NIBULON” was held. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss prospects of cooperation of the company with the bank. Active collaboration unites “NIBULON” and JSC “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” today. A credit line of the bank is aimed at providing investment and trading activities of the agricultural company. The General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine Oleksiy Vadaturskyy personally and the head of financial department Andriy Mykhaylyuk took part in the meeting. The delegation of JSC “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” was headed by the chief risk manager of the bank, the deputy chief executive of JSC “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” Nataliya Gurina. The complex of problems that “NIBULON” faces today is connected with different spheres of Ukrainian business, such as agricultural production, export, shipbuilding, shipping, construction, logistics etc. Thus, the company’s work is a serious experience to study and anticipate potential financial risks in the Ukrainian economy. The partners discussed possibilities of further cooperation, development options of investment attractiveness and agricultural sector, as well as problems that entities of agricultural market face today. JSC “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” management visited the transshipment terminal of “NIBULON” in Mykolayiv city within the frames of the meeting. The guests were able to see the most modern in Ukraine, three-story laboratory and administrative building, which was commissioned in March 2011. They witnessed the process of vessel unmooring from the terminal berth, got acquainted with the unique logistics infrastructure of the company. Long-term cooperation of powerful financing institution and the leader of grain market of Ukraine confirms impeccable reputation of “NIBULON” as a stable and reliable partner that, regardless any obstacles, implements the program on the revival of the Dnipro River and the development of grain infrastructure in Ukraine.
