On New Year’s Eve the community of Kozats’ke town (Kherson region), where newly-built NIBULON’s transshipment terminal is located, received an important present. On December 26, with participation of district and local administration and NIBULON’s management there was presented a repaired kindergarten “Kazka”, including a group for the youngest children (born in 2010).
Social responsibility is an important part for our company. Arriving to regions and settlements, NIBULON always allocates funds for the social infrastructure development. NIBULON’s arrival to Kozats’ke town had a considerable social value, both old and young generation has already felt positive changes.
Before construction of the transshipment terminal of “Kozats’ka” branch the local budget received costs from a land plot sale (consequently, the local community received enough funds to implement important social projects. In particular, due to these funds there was performed a capital repair in the kindergarten “Kazka”, furniture and equipment were purchased. “When the powerful investor, NIBULON, came to Kozats’ke town, its General Director, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, together with his team of professionals filled with the community problems immediately. Therefore, Kozats’ke town ends the year 2012 with significant events. At present we proudly announced that in the kindergarten there has already been completed a complex of repair works; children groups, a gym, and a kitchen were renewed, doors and windows were changed. About UAH 600 thousand have already been directed to these things. The children have all the required conditions to develop themselves, to rest, and to study. We should not forget that these children will become leaders of our country”, announced Head of Beryslav District State Administration Yuriy Sydorenko.
“Investing allocated funds, working for the sake of children, it was a little bit unusual but pleasant to work at a pace specified by NIBULON, stressed Head of Kozats’ka Settlement Council Andriy Chyrko. Keeping up with the company, we had to do everything quickly and qualitatively despite obstacles. As we can see these our “overworks” gave a fruitful result for the town development. On New Year’s Eve in the sky of Kozats’ke town there shined a star called NIBULON.
But the kindergarten is not the only pride of Kozats’ke locals. Due to NIBULON’s funds, repair in the local house of culture and in the gym is being completed. UAH 200 thousand have already been spent on it. Besides, the comprehensive secondary school received above UAH 330 thousand. There were repaired a school yard and a classroom of informatics. New furniture, computers and multimedia blackboard were purchased. There were repaired toilets on two floors.
Summing up cooperation of Kozats’ke town with the investor, NIBULON’s Deputy General Director for construction Sergiy Besedin noted, “A little time has passed since we signed an agreement for the transshipment terminal construction in Kozats’ke town with Kherson Regional State Administration. Due to support of Governor Mykola Kostyak, District Administration and Settlement Council our common plans were implemented. Today the newly-built branch operates at full capacity, new workplaces have been created, and taxes to the local budgets of all levels are paid. NIBULON is a socially oriented company. At present the company has invested above UAH 5 mln (1) in Kozats’ke town development. Due to this money there have been already repaired a number of social infrastructure facilities; new road surface has been laid in Naberezhna Street, and lighting was installed in all streets of the town (and it is above 3 km). But the company’s cooperation with the local community does not finish, as NIBULON actively participated and will participate in life of Kozats’ke town.”
In 2012 Kherson region became an example of an attractive investment climate creation. NIBULON and regional authorities are going to continue cooperation in 2013 for benefit of the community.
