“NIBULON” is one of the leaders of the agrarian market of Ukraine. Despite economic difficulties in our country and in the world, the company continues to implement its large investment project quickly.  The young and competent team, trained by “NIBULON”, plays a great role in the company’s success.   Today, talking about the team’s contribution to the collective success of the company, we discuss the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city that is a heart of the whole “NIBULON”.   At the beginning of June, as usually every month, there were summed up the results of the company’s team work for the last month. So the team of the company can be proud by its achievements!   Therefore, according to May results, a number of production records were established at the terminal.   – A record in acceptance of agricultural commodities from railroad was renewed and amounted to 183 446 tons or 2 852 of railcars! It is 5 090 tons more than in January 2012 when the previous record was established.     – Quantity of loaded vessels was 19. Earlier such a figure (20 vessels) was established in November 2009 and since then the production record has been held.   – Overall, in May volumes of shipping from berth amounted to more than 315 936 tons, and in general, 382 647 tons of grain were exported.   Friendly “NIBULON’s” family must know its record breakers. And there is detailed information about them.   The crew of A. Levenets’, the shift foreman, won in May. Within month the crew accepted (from truck and railway transport) 89 530 tons of grain. And it is 1224 trucks and 770 railcars.   At the same time workers of this crew shipped (water transportation) 85 861 tons. Overall, it amounts to 175 391 tons and that is about 27% from total volumes of acceptance and shipment at the terminal for the month.   Overall, 331 376 tons were accepted and 315 936 tons were shipped during May. Total amount is 647 312 tons!   Other crews kept up with the rest ones. So, the general second place took the crew of M. Grugoraschenko, the shift foreman. Acceptance of grain amounted to 82 357 tons, grain shipment – 80 740 tons. Total amount is 163 097 tons and that is about 25% from total volumes.   V. Kal’chev, the shift foreman, with his team took the third place. They accepted 79 918 tons and shipped 76 196 tons in May. Total amount is 156 114 tons of grain.    The honorable list is closed by the crew of S. Zagorodniyk, foreman. Workers unloaded 79 571 tons, shipped 73 139 tons. These 152 710 tons comprised 23.5% from the total index at the terminal.   Record breakers, being the best, will be awarded for their professional work. With their work they testify in practice that no difficulties can stop the powerful national company. And the company’s management and its team should thank crews for their great implementation of the common cause!
