The families of NIBULON’s employees have already received the keys to their new flats and are preparing to celebrate the holiday season in their new homes. This event is another stage of NIBULON’s large-scale social project to support both its young specialists and experienced employees who left their homes to work in other regions of Ukraine. The company built the apartment building in compliance with NIBULON’s standard which guarantees a high-quality result based on modern construction technologies. To provide comfortable living conditions, the company laid all the engineering networks and mounted a sewage system with a biological treatment station, installed an arbor and a children’s playground in the yard, as well as built garages and warehouses for each family. The flats are equipped with the complete sets of household appliances (kitchen utensils, refrigerators, TV-sets, washing machines, and others) and furniture (wardrobes, tables, chairs, sofas, beds, and others). The bathrooms are equipped with an electric heating, cold and hot water. The company created modern and comfortable living conditions on a turnkey basis, having considered every last detail. The company invested UAH 23 million to build the accommodation in Ternivka village. “I was waited till the construction was completed and imagined the house. Today I can surely say that the reality exceeds all expectations. This is the first living accommodation for newcomers. Everything is perfect, and I cannot even find words to describe my emotions. I am impressed. I thank NIBULON’s General Director, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, for providing an opportunity to live in a modern house. I thank all the specialists and workers for making their efforts to build this house”, says Olena Kovinko, an economist at Ternivska branch.“It is great to walk in the fresh air, to go in for sports and to meet with my colleagues at one place, as well as to spend evenings together with my family at home. Everything is arranged perfectly and made with love”, tells Olha Malobenska, a head of the production and technological laboratory at Ternivska branch. Please note that the accommodation building is not the only initiative provided by the company. Earlier NIBULON built two new two-storey buildings for Marianivska branch employees (Hrebinka town, Poltava region). The company also finishes building the house in Shyroke village (Snihurivka district, Mykolaiv region) and has already developed a project to build an apartment building in Marianske village (Apostolove district, Dnipropetrovsk region).Today NIBULON is not only a real leader of Ukraine’s economy, but also an example of a successful socially responsible business and a perfect employer which is acknowledged annually on the All-Ukrainian and international levels.
