In the beginning of 2012, two new branches in Kyiv and Kherson regions joined a friendly “NIBULON’s” family. In the near future the construction of elevators of “Pereyaslavs`ka” and “Kozats’ka” branches will be started. For 20 years of its activity “NIBULON” has become a large company, a leader in the agricultural sector that has branches throughout Ukraine. Every year “NIBULON” extends, new production branches are opened, elevators and transshipment terminals are constructed. “NIBULON’s” history goes far in 90’s. Those turbulent years were a trial for our country and became the real strength test for “NIBULON” as well. A few companies in our country managed to overcome that period with head high and spotless reputation as “NIBULON” did! The production branches of the company began to appear in 90’s. “NIBULON” started to till land of Mykolayiv, Lugans’k, Kharkiv, Vinnytsya regions. In early 2000’s the number of production branches continued to increase. In 2002, “NIBULON” started the construction of the transshipment terminal for shipment of grain and oilseeds in Mykolayiv. Today it is the only private transshipment terminal in Ukraine with its own berth. Two Europe`s largest granaries with storage capacity of 50 000 tons each are situated on site! In addition, there is an aboveground storage with the capacity of up to 10 thousand tons and a complex of 4 vertical metal granaries with a capacity of 5 500 metric tons each. The team of contributors led by the General Director of “NIBULON” O. O. Vadaturskyy was awarded with the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of architecture for design of the transshipment terminal of “NIBULON” in Mykolayiv city.   The transshipment terminal construction in Mykolayiv city, 2003 Since then, “NIBULON” has started increasing its elevator capacities, volumes of which are rapidly increasing every year! In 2006, the company constructed an elevator complex of “Reshetylivs’ka” branch (Poltava region) just in 3 months.   “Reshetylivs’ka” branch In 2007″NIBULON” began to till land in Poltava, Cherkasy, Khmel’nyts’kyy regions – new “Suhorabivs’ka”, “Chygyryn”, “Kamyanets’-Podil’s’ka” branches appeared. Fields of “Suhorabivs’ka” branch, 2008 Fields of “Kamyanets’-Podil’s’ka” branch, 2009   Fields of “Chygyryn” branch, 2009 At the same time the company’s elevator complex on reception and storage of agricultural products was being constructed in Voznesens’ke village, Zolotonosha district of Cherkasy region. The elevator of “Zolotonis’ka” branch is a modern automated enterprise equipped with the latest high-efficiency equipment for grain drying and cleaning and transporting.   “Zolotonis’ka” branch Two new branches of “NIBULON”, namely, “Bystryts’ka” and “Chudnivs’ka” were created in Zhytomyr region in 2008. “NIBULON” came in Sumy region in October of that year. A new branch was called “Pryseymivs’ka”. “Pryseymivs’ka” branch, 2008 “Bystryts’ka”branch, 2008 A year 2008 marked another outstanding event – an opening of a new elevator of “Smotrych” branch in Kamyanka village, Kamyanets’-Podil’s’k district of Khmel’nyts’kyy region. During the construction, there occurred force majeure circumstances, such as a systematic torrential rain, 75 armor-piercing artillery projectiles dated back to WWII were found on the site, it was necessary to reclamate the territory under toxic chemical storage. But, in spite of the difficulties in 78 days after a solemn start of construction, the first trucks with grain of new harvest unloaded.   “Smotrych” branch In 2009, “NIBULON” starts an implementation of a patriotic investment program to revive the Dnipro and the Southern Bug Rivers as shipping waterways of Ukraine. Within the project “NIBULON” began to construct new modern elevators and transshipment terminals throughout Ukraine. On October 17, 2009 “NIBULON” in no time, during only 2 months, created the modern high-tech complex on shipment of grain and oilseeds for river transport in Vitove village, Chygyryn district of Cherkasy region.   “Vitove” branch October 30, 2009, within the framework of the investment project the next two elevator complexes for receipt, storage and shipment of grain and oilseeds were opened in Globyne town and Romodan village of Poltava region. “Romodan” branch “Globyns’ka” branch In 2010 the first elevator complex of “NIBULON” appeared in Zaporizhzhya region. April 30, 2010 a solemn opening of a new transshipment terminal on the shipment of grain and oilseeds on river transport in Kamyanka-Dniprovs’ka town (Zaporizhzhya region) was held.   “Kamyanka-Dniprovs’ka” branch June 25, 2010 “NIBULON” solemnly put into operation a new fully automatized transshipment terminal for grain and oilseeds on the riverside of the Dnipro River in Gradyz’k town, Globyne district, Poltava region.   “Gradyz’k” branch In only 4 days, on June 29, 2010 “NIBULON” opened a new modern elevator complex in Artemivka village, Chutоvo district, Poltava region.   “Artemivs’ka” branch October 9, 2010 a new elevator complex for grain and oilseeds in Maryanivka village Grebinky district of Poltava region started its work.   “Maryanivka” branch December 29, 2010 the construction of the transshipment terminal of the company in Kremenchuk town (Poltava region) was completed.   “Kremenchuts’ka” branch In 2010, a friendly “NIBULON’s” family increased by another 2 branches: “Mriya” (Khmelnyts’kyy region) and “Romanivs’ka” (Zhytomyr region). The company has increased its planting area by 4000 hectares and production output of livestock products due to these new units.Gross volume of milk production for 2010 amounted to more than 3000 tons. In addition, in October 2010 the construction of the transshipment terminal in Nova Odesa, Mykolayiv region was started. Construction work was completed in March 2011. Construction of the most modern complex marked the beginning of the revival of navigation of the Southern Bug!   “Novoodes’ka” branch On the whole, in 2011 “NIBULON” built three new facilities: the first transshipment terminal at the Southern Bug River in Mykolayiv region and two elevators in Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions. November 15, 2011 the solemn opening of “Teteriv” branch was held in Velyki Korovyntsi village of Zhytomyr region, which is a new modern elevator complex of “NIBULON” on shipment of grain and oilseeds. The branch immediately started to receive agricultural products of that year’s harvest. The opening of the elevator was significant for “NIBULON” as it marked the recovery of the company’s project.   “Teteriv” branch On the eve of the anniversary the 20th elevator complex of the company was put into operation, it is up-to-date and it has immediately set to work. Elevator of “Denyhivs’ka” branch (Denyhivka village, Tetiyiv distict of Kyiv region) was constructed in no time, just 3 months. The branch immediately started to receive agricultural products of that year’s harvest.   “Denyhivs’ka” branch Now it is a turn of new branches! July 29, 2011 in Vyshgorod town (Kyiv region) the second investment forum of Kyiv region “Stability and growth” was held. Within the forum a memorandum “On partnership and cooperation” was signed between “NIBULON” and Kyiv Regional State Administration. This document defined the basic principles of transparent cooperation of the company and regional authorities.
