Environmental protection, rational use of natural resources, environmental safety of human life is necessary condition for the concept of sustained economic and social development of Ukraine. With this objective in view, our country carries on its territory environmental policy aimed at preserving safe environment for the existence of animate and inanimate nature, protection of the lives and health of the population from adverse effects caused by environmental pollution, achieving of harmonious interaction between society and nature, protection, rational use and reproduction of natural resources. “NIBULON” is actively involved in solving of these issues. In all areas of company’s activity considerable attention is devoted to environmental protection. Implementation of state environmental policy aimed at ensuring of efficient use and restoration of natural resources and providing environmental industrial safety at the company is one of the key directions of our activity. One of the important elements of implementing of such a policy at the national level is holding regular forums, exhibitions, roundtables, etc., that promote partnership of state and local government, science, education, business, civil society organizations to improve the environment in Ukraine, the integration of environmental policy into industrial policies, creating ecological and economic conditions for balanced (sustainable) development of the state; guaranteeing ecological security, biodiversity conservation, formation of conditions for the restoration of natural resources, increasing of resource and energy efficiency of economics, generalization of regional and international cooperation experience and development of recommendations for integrated resolving of environmental problems and others. From the 19th to the 21st of April 2011, International Ecological Forum “Environment for Ukraine” was held in the International Exhibition Center (Kyiv). The most successful global companies that work in clean technologies and environmental safety sector, participated in the forum, among them was “NIBULON”. “The main purpose of the forum is to create a solid professional basis for cooperation between Ukrainian and foreign companies, attracting investmentsinto Ukrainian ecological projects, strengthening international image of Ukraine as a country with emphasis on innovation and sustainable development of economy” – Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Mykola Romanov said in his speech at the opening ceremony of the forum. During the forum the largest in Ukraine international specialized exhibition in ecologically clean technology sphere, International Forum ECOSMART-2011 and III Ukrainian biofuel forum was held. In addition, the working program of the event also included a range of thematic scientific, educational and business conferences in the environmental sphere. Also within the event a great attention was paid to ecological and environmental education as an important tool of informing and environmental education of society. Some forum participants were awarded certificates and diplomas of participants after the completion of forum. “NIBULON” was awarded a diploma “For adoption of environmentally friendly technologies”. Community and professionals highly appreciated the adoption of latest environmental technologies by the company that facilitate harmonizing with the environment.
