The excursion started with the administrative and laboratory building. As usual, the employees told the visitors about the quality measurement, grain cleaning and drying processes. They also showed the operation of the best German, American, Swiss and Japanese devices to conduct researches with crop samples.
“This building reminds me of the labyrinth. And the laboratory looks like in the movies about scientists”, Oleh, 8th grade schoolboy, shared with us his observation.
The day was rainy, so the visitors had a special bus excursion instead of usual one. The organizers wanted to let children see all the capacities of production facilities, namely its complex of granaries (total capacity of 173, 000 tons), headhouses, automated weighing complex, cargo river fleet, flowerbeds and fountains in the middle of the industrial landscape. 
“Other companies in Ukraine almost never practice it. Our management realizes that the employees need not only well-organized working places, but also the places to relax”, explained Serhii Filenko, deputy director of administrative and service issues at NIBULON’s transshipment terminal.
“I was really impressed by the fact how many goods stores and exports NIBULON. One of its branches is located in our village (we are talking about “Snigurivs’ka” branch in Shyroke village). I couldn’t even imagine that such large-scale processes happen there every day”, tells Daryna, 15 y.o.
NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard, a center of modern Mykolaiv shipbuilding, was the last facility visited by the guests. The schoolchildren have got a unique opportunity to see NIBULON’s fleet, in particular our largest project – NIBULON MAX vessel (140-m long). The shipbuilders are actively performing outfitting works on the vessel.
“I’ve never seen equipment like this! I have finally seen the real vessel for the first time. Today I have learned that there objects which are built underwater. And it turns out that divers are needed to this end”, emotionally told us Svitlana Borysivna, a teacher of Shyroke comprehensive secondary school.
“Not only Oleksiy Opanasovych, general director, but also all Ukrainians can be proud of NIBULON’s facilities. This approach to work, organization, quality control benefits for Ukraine’s business standing in the countries to which we export our products”, summed up Vasyl, 18 y.o., who has visited NIBULON for the second time this year.
