A week has not yet passed after a day of a solemn putting into operation of the first “NIBULON’s” transshipment terminal in Kherson region (“Kozats’ka” branch) and the «young» terminal has already started to accept agricultural commodities from agrarians.   On July 10, 2012 the first two trucks (see the photo report below), having crossed the territory of the terminal, went through sampling, weighting and then went to the truck-tipper.   On this day the first 54.2 tons of barley were accepted to the storage facilities of the elevator. Grain, provided by Kherson farm enterprise “Valeriya”, was loaded to the storage facilities according to a contract for services signed earlier.   Overall, from July 10 to 11 the newly-built branch accepted 260.7 tons of barley from local agrarians.   Since July 12 at the terminal there has been started an acceptance of wheat. The farm enterprise “Terra” was the first to deliver this crop to the elevator – 29.4 tons.   Grain acceptance was performed in normal mode, in the process of grain acceptance equipment under load was tested. By the way, during acceptance and drying of grain at the terminal there are used new exclusive six-sectioned dryers “Mathews-MC 3180” the refitting of which were carried out by the company’s specialists. Such an equipment does not have any analogs and is used only at “NIBULON’s” terminals (“Kozats’ka” and “Pereyaslavs’ka” branches).   Grain, accepted at the branch, is placed in silos of active ventilation (produced by “SCAFCO”, the USA). During their technical refitting carried out by “NIBULON’s” specialists all problem parts were taken into account. Afterwards areas of active ventilation in silos of a new type were increased by 11% that led to cost reduction of energy saving.   Now the terminal is operating and accepting agricultural commodities from agrarians and farm enterprises in normal mode. 6 contracts for services with “Alfa-Agro”, “Zernokom Agroyug”, “Agro-Nio”, “Agro-DAB”, “Valeriya”, “Terra” companies were signed.   And we must congratulate the friendly team of “Kozats’ka” branch on starting of operation of their young terminal!
