The economist on agriculture issues of the Department of Rural Economy of the USA Joshua Lagos and employees of the USA Embassy in Ukraine visited the Transshipment terminal of NIBULON LTD. The purpose of the visit is to analyse influx of investments in rural economy of Ukraine, to evaluate the capacity of ports, to understand whether their work become better for the last five years, the way of grain to ports, new improvements on receipt, storage and shipment of grain. During the excursion Joshua Lagos received irrefragable answers on all issues that interested him. The guests were shown all way of grain, beginning from the lab of the transshipment terminal and finishing shipment on vessel. Joshua Lagos: – Your terminal impressed me very much. I liked the system of grain storage in the domes, applied at your terminal. It is very important that these capacities allow to improve quality of grain storage. I am impressed how process of production is modernized. Experts of my description from Europe and the USA do not often visit Ukraine and many of them have information of five-six years` prescription. In comparison with the reality that was and is now, it is a very big progress. I think it is necessary to bring here specialists from Washington for them to be well informed and to see how such companies as NIBULON make progress.
