On the 1st of July 2011, “NIBULON” started an annual seminar devoted to international standards of grain products quality. The seminar will last until the 3rd of July it is held at the transshipment terminal of the company in Mykolayiv. “Our company delivers such training seminars every year. Heads and leading experts of production and technical laboratories of all branches of the company and the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv take part in them. The objective of the trainings is: –   learning American and European standards of determination of quality of grain production and analysis of changes that occur in these standards; –   review of methods and principles of work in this field; –   introduction of advanced technologies in the process of definition of production quality; –   practical carrying-out of analysis with consideration for international requirements” – Deputy Director General of “NIBULON” for quality assurance and production storage Oleksandr Khokhlov said. According to the Head of quality control and laboratory product researches department Nadiya Karaseva, “study is conducted on 13 grain and oil crops. Particular emphasis is placed on the Ukrainian and foreign, including American standards of quality defining. International rules of sampling – GAFTA (for grain crops) and FOSFA (for oil crops) are also studied.” This year seminars are conducted with the assistance of SGS Ukraine, branch of the Swiss company SGS, which is the largest independent international inspection company, the worldwide leader and innovator in the field of expertise, testing, monitoring and certification. “NIBULON” is serious about international standards of agricultural products quality, seeks to improve the technology of carrying-out of analysis to determine quality. We believe that this conscious approach will increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian agricultural products in world market.
