The first of September is the joint holiday for all generations. It is a special day for everyone, because all of us were children. School is a special world that is full of achievements and joy.
Today education is one of state policy priority that allows younger generation to realize themselves, to disclose their talents fully, directing them to the prosperity of our native Ukraine. The presentation of 10 new super modern multimedia classes of natural, mathematical and human sciences in 4 Mykolayiv schools (school № 24, 51, 57, boarding school № 6) took place within the frames of implementation of state policy in education on the 1st and 2nd September under the auspices of Mykolayiv regional state administration headed by Mykola Kruglov and mayor of the city Volodymyr Chayka. Initiative of regional and local authorities during these festive days was also supported by “NIBULON”.
M.P. Kruglov noted that establishing a system of cooperation between authorities and business is an urgent issue today for the regional government. Mykola Kruglov named today’s cooperation of regional authorities with “NIBULON” – a model of consistency and efficiency of interaction of governmental and business structures: “We are very grateful to Oleksiy Opanasovych because he invests a lion’s share of his honestly earned financial resources into the future of our country – our children. When the state is experiencing difficult times, it is very important for representatives of the business to carry out such a support of social sphere, as “NIBULON”, headed by O.O. Vadaturskyy, provides to schools of Mykolayiv. He should not be forced – he made the decision himself. This is a part of his life. He is constantly in contact with children and teachers. If he starts to do something, he does it systematically and integrally, but not from time to time. Obviously we have assured ourselves that talented children, feeling that support and care, reveal their talents and abilities and go forward. I really want as many business representatives as possible to recognize social necessity of solving this issue and invest more funds into the children as “NIBULON” does, because without it there is no future. We have many desirous to ruin the business. But if business is conducted honestly, and it is socially responsible, I will always defend it”.
“Supporting education, Oleksiy Opanasovych provides a great support for the city – said mayor of the city V.D.Chayka – These are simple schools where pupils are children from poor families. I am convinced that the more we have such loyal and trusted assistants as “NIBULON”, the sooner we raise education and whole social sphere on the modern European standard, which citizens of Mykolayiv are worth.
Supporting the position of the Head of regional state administration M.P. Kruglov and mayor of the city V.D.Chayka, General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine O. Vadaturskyy said that his company always tries to strengthen the partnership with local and regional authorities: “NIBULON” is always ready to give a helping hand in the implementation of those ideas that the region needs now. Addressing the social issues should be systematic. Only in this case certain results and success can be achieved. If you work every year systematically, then over time the educational institution would be simply difficult to recognize. That is how government and business should cooperate. Our company spends more than UAH 5 million a year only for solving social issues, helping those who need in Ukraine”.
For 57 affiliated to the company schools throughout Ukraine it has become a tradition to receive useful and interesting things from “NIBULON”. These are computers, and sports equipment, renovation of schools, conducting the light, and free meals in canteen and so on. Mykolayiv children receive a special gift – a useful and interesting book “My favorite city Mykolayiv”, that is also published with the assistance of “NIBULON” for five consecutive years. According to the General Director of “NIBULON” O.O. Vadaturskyy, the company in its charitable work follows the ambitious goal that children from rich and poor families, villages and cities, regardless of health status have equal access to education.
For Oleksiy Vadaturskyy it was especially pleasant not to hear words of gratitude in each school, but to hear the news about achievements and good results that were gained by affiliated schools in recent years of cooperation. They are high places in the city, regional, nationwide competitions and contests, good results of external testing, the number of students who entered the budget places in higher educational institutions, interest and enthusiasm, which stimulated new interactive learning tools not only in small wunderkinds, but in teachers. Because new technologies allow the teacher to spend more time on self-improvement, self-tuition, and it is an additional positive moment for teaching process.
Thus, today a student of school № 24 Kutyanyna Iryna is writing a scientific work in physics in the Small Academy of Sciences, but two years ago, the girl wanted to quit studying in Matviyivska school and go to another one, because at that time it did not have proper equipment for scientific research. When the girl had heard about a new multimedia classroom of physics, which at that time “NIBULON” was going to open at their school, the intentions of young scientist changed. Fortunately, Irina now can get a proper education at native school № 24. According to the principal Zherebtsova Tamara today there is a pleasant trend: more and more children after the 9th form continue their education here, and they don’t go to specialized city high schools and gymnasiums.
“NIBULON” has started its cooperation with boarding school № 6 this year on the initiative of the Head of regional state administration M.P. Kruglov. But as of today the school yard and the porch were restored, repair is done in four classes, new furniture, computers, multimedia equipment are presented. Among the new classes there are classrooms of a psychologist, the Ukrainian language and literature, history and mathematics. As parents and teachers of the boarding school say, for such children multimedia class is a real godsend, because most of the information they perceive visually. This is a great gift that a direction of specialized educational institution did not even expect to get. This is the principle of “NIBULON’s” work: equal high opportunities in education for every child.
